Question about reporting individual posts

Why can't we make comments while reporting individual posts anymore? I remember that was possible a while ago, and quite helpful since it allows the reporter to give context or explain his reasoning. I doubt reading too much text was the issue as the character limit was 50 iirc. Can we have it back?

Edit: We have the ability to comment by choosing "Other" but that'd mean we can't pick any of the first four reasons listed above. If we instead pick one of them we can't add any comments.

I'd just choose "Other" and then mention an above option if you feel like it would better explain the problem
