Was way after the initial role-play I initiated with Donkle at the new york gate. I was engaged in combat from the new york gate. other Liberty forces joining the fight mid way after being caught up to speed from their allys doesn't make everyone drop the rp and start again from scratch.
Also engaging me within the zoners ZOI especially a no fire zone. means I can freely engage after giving you a warning to cease fire. Which i did at 38 seconds from this vid.

1) It appears that your were being engaged a long way from the Zoner Base and you dragged the fight there.
2) You docked whilst under fire (counts as PvP Death).
3) Then you undocked and almost instantly opened up, with 2 mortars, at the newly arrive Cap Ship. Nobody was firing at you, as the Rules says that you can freely leave the System. You broke the Rules when you opened fire.

They asked if I wanted to dance. A term used for initiating combat.
I'm pretty sure they not wanting to let me leave after escaping from them once. On previous occasions they have attacked me after docking since i'm on the liberty wanted list.
Pilot carrying this quasi-lawful ID is in the Liberty Security Force, who :
- Can engage and destroy any ships within Alaska, the Zone-21 Minefield that do not belong to either the LSF or Liberty Navy.
- Can demand contraband and levy fines within their Zone of Influence, and attack if ships refuse to comply.
- Can attack ships which are in violation of Liberty laws or belong to a house or organisation considered hostile by Liberty within their Zone of Influence.
- Can defend allied or neutral lawful ships and bases within their Zone of Influence.
- Can attack ships which belong to a house or organisation considered hostile by Liberty outside their Zone of Influence.
- Can demand transports which belong to a house or organisation considered hostile by Liberty to drop all cargo and attack if they refuse to comply.
- Can ally with unlawful factions.
- Cannot participate in unlawful actions except as described above.
- Cannot use any transports with more than 4,300 cargo.
- While using cruisers, can only attack in self-defense when outside their Zone of Influence.
- Can defend allied or neutral lawful ships and bases within their Zone of Influence.
- Can ally with unlawful factions.
In the case of a unlawful vessel being attacked by a liberty faction. Though only witnessing the liberty vessel attacking the unlawful faction. A respectable action would be to defend the unlawful faction?
