Manny/High_Charity has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 23/12/2009 for:

5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) until four hours have passed from the time of his/her destruction.

If the player respawns in the same system, he/she must leave the system within 10 minutes of his destruction without attacking anyone, except in self-defense. Other players are not allowed to attack one who is leaving.

Transports/Freighters/Liners which have been killed in a PvP fight may return to the system in which they were destroyed but only for purposes of moving through the system or for trade within that system. They may only act in a purely defensive manner and may not resume acts of piracy.

Consequences: Lost guns and credits and those wonderful codenames you had in your hold.

Notes: He didn't know you were the same person. But we do. We have the technology you see. We can make you weaker and less rich with just a click. So we did.

Well this is very interesting...the fight took place in omega-7....I came back but waiting for the guy in omega-11, which yes I admit.. very interesting indeed...so, I'm being sancioned for...following the rules? I'm sorry if I seem like I'm being ignorant, but I know the rules...most of them...there is no rule in my knowledge for getting killed and then ambushing the same guy who killed me. But it's not even like I planned to kill him, I was just going to ask him to stop pirating me so constantly that being the second time for the day (total of three) within three-four hours....here's what it boils down to, the guy who posted the sanction report either lied or has his information wrong!

Actually, it wasn't in the same system. I killed his miner in omega 11, what was kinda not a point of my report.

I apologize for not putting that in my report, but I was more focused on that he used a Corsair character, to avenge his trader that is belonging to a faction hostile to the said character. And to make it worse, his "avenger" shared the ID with my ship.

I did not lie, and I still think you should pay for what you did, because it was wrong.

We had million of the Geb Order vessels attacking our pirates because we killed his Zoner transport, we had characters that took Legates to attack us because we pirated their Junker carrying blood diamonds. Look, face it, you had no protection. It equals easy pickings.

I really don't know why I had you on skype, but whatever the reason is I blocked you and do not want to have something to do with someone who plays in that way. Perhaps the things I accused you off in my report (one of them not being rule 5.7.) won't get you sanctioned here, but I sure ostracize you from my company.
