An open bounty on any pirates

It gets nerve racking sometimes, trying to mine while constantly watching the scanners.
Its about time some of those rowdy pirate types had their nerves frayed a little.
So here is a little incentive, Not really something so formal as a bounty, just a notice
that I can be relied on to provide a little financial thank you.

Any Pirate ID ships destroyed in the same system as Bliss_mining, I will pay
1 million credits. Immediately. On the spot. Note: this only applies to pirates,
not those political types that sometimes do a little freelance piracy. I don't want to
open that can of worms. I will pay the ship listed in my blue comms message.
If multiple ships are involved, you will have to split it amongst yourselves.
If I leave the system while you are engaged, send me a message.

I don't care what your affiliation is. I am a Zoner, I judge individuals, and I don't keep up
those crazy faction politics. I will even pay another pirate if he doesn't pirate me. You want
to fight to protect your territory, seems like a good idea.

Generally in Omega-7 or Dublin. But I do like to move around a lot. If I wanted to look at the same
scenery all the time I would join one of those <strike>slave camps</strike> mining companies.
