At the request of the Resistance council, I have hereby set up this communications center. Henceforth, you may use this to report battles that take place with the members of multiple Resistance organizations, as well as anything else you wish involving the Resistance.

We engaged a rather oversized Liberty fleet over Planet Pittsburg today. We were outnumbered four to one, with the majority of their ships far larger than our own. However, we still claimed many of their ships, including the Goliath and the... ahh... "Bobo". It seems Liberty likes clowns.

First to fall was the Luthor Corp fighter Invader, to the guns of the Liberty Rogue fighter Golden Aim.

Next, the Luthor Corp also lost Serenity.

Unfortunatly, the Graviton, after taking constant fire, was force to retreat.

The Liberty Rogues pilot Wolf also succumbed.

Next, one Sarah Rain, who was assisting us along with her grandfather Richard Walters, placed the final blow that destroyed the Goliath. On top of that, one of their fighters was caught in the blast. Unfortunatly, however, Pilots Edge and Aurora, of the Legion and Rogues respectively, were caught in the inferno of wreckage as well.

Meanwhile, the Rogues bomber Instant was damaged and forced to flee.

Appearently, Invader has quite a few spare ships. He was quickly destroyed... again.

Not long after, the Bounty Hunter Destroyer Razor was obliterated.

Another battleship appeared. I quickly changed that. Also, I believe that Liberty must like clowns too much...

Alas, both Golden Aim and Richard Walters were defeated.

And within seconds, so was Invader... again! I am amazed at the speed at which he can return to base and retrieve new fighters. It must be extremely expensive for the Luthor Corp to replace so many fighters; I suspect they will go bankrupt quite soon at this rate.

After this, my bomber was destroyed. It is interesting to note that they were attempting this the entire time, and yet only managed to do it then, at the very end.

Lord Asano of the Legion was defeated by the Liberty forces, however, his ship's destruction was quickly avenged.

All in all, successful day. We put a gaping hole in their fleet, and, while ending up in retreat, we did much damage against a foe who outnumbered and outgunned us by a ridiculous amount.
