It was two months ago when I left my home, Planet Baden Baden, to explore the dangerous but exciting world of the Sirius Sector. Unfortunately, all money I saved only was enough for a Starflier with light armament, which was even second hand stuff! Anyway, with that poor ship, which is unusually fast, I travelled to Manhattan, where everybody has a chance to start from the beginning. Some Unioners in Bering and Rogues in Texas were not a light threat, so I tried to escape these villains, successfully. perhaps one day I wouldn't escape them anymore, maybe hunt them or even team up with them...

After a good two days I reached my goal: Manhattan. I was amazed at its beauty and size. I was sure I could climb up high here, but I was rather fond of travelling and exploring the Sirius Sector. A police officer approached me.
*Sir, may I know of your identity and home planet or base?*
"Of course, officer. My name is Gustav Hagen, new freelancer, as you can see from my ship. I'm from Planet Baden Baden, Stuttgart, Rheinland Space."
*Thank you, Mr. Hagen. I'd like to inform you that we need a good freelancer who can lend us a hand in cleansing the system from pirate threats. If interested, talk with any police officer in the bar. Have a nice day, Mr. Hagen.*
"Thanks, officer. You too."
That officer made me curious... I could gather some good amount of money with doing some missions for them...

Perfect! Two successful missions brought in 8500 Credits! I think it's time to buy a better ship and get rid of this weak ship. That Patriot at the Ship Dealer looks sweet...
