<strike>Brigand Cuirassier NPCs fly at 350m/s while shooting you as you cruise.
I believe they should not fly that fast unless they are cruising themselves, in which case they would be unable to shoot.
This was happening in Picardy while I was flying a GMS-ID'd Vache (Cruising at 350 m/s). I was trying to check if it happens in other systems but I can't get into the game now without my FL freezing up.</strike>
