I have a question about disconnecting in fight like kicked out of server and lagged out or loss problem and when you come back again and ask them if you can rejoin battle whom do i listen if one says engage other says dont
then whom do i follow??
And
If i don't re engage them do i have to leave system for 4 hours as i was not dead nor f1ed then is it a requirement from rules to leave system then??
I think if you DC and your ship survives it, you should stay and do what you did. Rules say to log back, and attempt to continue what you were doing.
EDIT: Looking at the wording of the rules made me think twice.
Quote:If you lose server connection during a player interaction, you should get back in game quickly to continue the interaction, with the other player's permission.
I find that really strange... I DC, come back, and I should ask to continue doing what I did? Sounds illogical to me, I didn't remember to that line. But leaving after such surely doesn't count as a pvp death.

Think about it though, what if the guy is pvping with you and you disconnect, your account stays "in use" for another minute, in that time he could be doing something different and have forgotten about you, only for you to appear out of no where and start shooting him again.
The player permission is where a snag tends to come in. If they're raging no then it's safer to make the disconnect notice on the forums because chances are there's a report on the way. I wouldn't go so far as to exagerate that people say no all the time but in my experience it can seem to be no more often then not. But yeah chances are they may already be SSng the disconnect. It creates an interesting situation when making a decision, I noticed recently, but at the moment it's what we got. Without some form of check, like the mutual consent, any ol F1 can happen with a quick reconnection and no manner of objection from the other team could prevent it.
