i am Captain Chronicle, Captain of the Nephilim that is, i wish to gain access to Liberty and to collaborate with Liberty Navy, i hope you may grant me access to Liberty so i may communicate with Liberty high command in the hope that i may join you, i will of course need permission off Zoner high command, i hope we will come to an agreement in which i will be able to join the Liberty Navy with my Nephilim War Ship.
Zoner caps are not welcomed in the liberty navy, and the nerf itself should make that also clear, but giving permission to hold our flagship is another thing, i hope you do good.

There is no Zoner high command and hasn't been for some time. Instead, the Zoners of TAZ, the Zoners of the Omicron Supply Incorporated and even those of Pheonix have our own groups with our own agendas and diplomacy. For us all, it has been working quite well.
One thing we do agree on however is our technology. I wish to keep it as secret as possible. If I had my way, only Zoners would have the tech but since it's wide spread, I prefer to keep it regulated.
The Liberty Government has strict laws regarding foreign capital ships in it's space, a law that we the people of TAZ respect and follow. In fact, all houses have that law. There is no reason why you can't send a delegation to meet with them in a transport or something else. I have done this numerous times myself.
Flying a Nephilim into Liberty space is also not technologically smart. A few scans and certain people or groups will have little issue with stealing tech and tapping into our secrets.
I can't tell you not to do it but I cannot support it.

Outrageous. Simply outrageous young man. How did you come by this ship, the very height of our technological achievement? You would wish to hand it over to the Liberty Navy? You would wish to join them!? Sir, we are Zoners for the very reason that we do not wish to be a part of the Houses, and the wars that come with them. The ship you now command is a vessel of exploration, colonization, and a securing of our peoples prosperity.
As the honorable Doc Holliday stated we, as Zoners, do not seek to command one another. However, I condemn this notion in its entirety. In this, I am sure I have the backing of many Zoners.

Listen up please! Doc put it mildly. Now what you are suggesting here is to take Zoner Technology into Liberty and use it against the enemies of Liberty.
Just take a second to consider how others might see this... How would the Houses of Rheinland, Bretonia and Kusari view this Act? For a certain fact they would see it as "the Zoners siding with Liberty"... for sure.... And what do you think other Zoners may feel about it? "Betrayed" is the answer, you'd never get permission to land on a Freeport again.
And then what do you think would happen to the Zoner precious.... yes, precious neutrality? Eh?! I can tell you now, it would dissolve quicker than a snowball in Hell.
Think again. Think very hard please and withdraw from this proposal. Let's call it a moment of misjudgement eh?
As the numerous Zoners have already stated - It would be unwise to enter Liberty with a foreign capital ship. The laws are quite strict and explicit in that regard.
Quite simply, your request is denied on the grounds that it is illegal.
I have given it some thought, and i do not wish to insult the Zoners nor Liberty with my proposal, i do apologize for my rash thinking, and i can understand how this action could have brought a lot of hostility, i respectfully withdraw my proposal, and i also respect all of your input on this matter, thank you for your time.
