Your base was discovered by one of our Chief Inspectors so I will now explain you what intel you need to present but the final word I believe on this matter will be on Bretonia Armed Forces side.

The base "Io" has been build illegaly and according to public announcement such instalations are to be destroyed on sight. You can do something about it if you send this information:

1. Your name and affilitration
2. What is the purpose of the base and why you placed it in Manchester
3. Who will have permission to dock on the base
4. Who do you work for.

This information might help with futher decision process.

My name is Khazad Dum and I am a simple business man.

The facility is simply for storage and recreation.

Currently docking is available to anyone but this can be adjusted if it suits the Bretonian authorities.

The building of this facility has taken many hours and much money and I would not wish to see it destroyed on a whim.

Now as a bussines man you should know that before you invest money in something you should make sure that the thing you will be investing your time and funds will be safe . I asume that placing a base in remote location far from nearest lanes was meant for security but what troubles us is that so far our officers has been atacked by Junker vessels carrying a tag of [JB] who undocked from your station. So first contact with the base visitors was rather hostile - I want a full list of planned modules and I want you to decline docking right to all [JB] Ships. Until they pay their fine for assault.
