"I have a friend whom your respected leader, Doc Holliday, managed to save a while back, and has decided to join your group. JhC, as he calls himself. He told me that I ought to come and visit Baffin properly sometime so I could visit him and catch up on the past, and so I did, hauling basic supplies as a gift for the wonderful denizens.
"Thing is, the moment I arrived at one of your stations, specifically Shasta, I was politely, and humorously, refused to dock my ship, the Principe.de.Jade. They told me I should have inquired first about getting permission to dock on your stations from the... ehr... leaders, I guess? Lo siento for forgetting the proper title, for it was quite flowery.
"But basically, this message is simple: I'd like the following ships to be granted permission for docking rights in Baffin:
"All three are under my ownership alone. All Freelancer-ID'ed, Freelancer-IFF'ed, fair reputation amongst the 4 houses, hostile to Outcasts and... well... complicated relations with Corsairs.
"If you have any further questions, feel free to ask. In return for docking rights, I'll try my hand at trading there, I guess. I've also got some questions I've been wanting to ask for..." She cuts her sentence off, "ah... well it can wait. But please do consider my request, si?"

What happened to you is rather strange since Shasta Orbital Skyhook is basically a freeport.
Everyone is welcome there as long as they follow the Pentabarf.
Maybe some popes there did you a joke. Maybe it was one of the Goddess's tricks.
Who knows.
Either way, you are welcome as long as you remember the whole system is considered a No Fire Zone.
One last thing, however...
There is two places in Baffin where you aren't welcome.
The first one is our Sacred Sanctum also known as "Pueblo Bonito".
Templars tend to get grumpy when a cabbage approaches this place. Better not try your luck with them.

"You say there are two places I'm not able to dock, si? The first was Pueblo Bonito, I can understand... but as I searched around the Neural Net for TAZ basic information, I've come upon the name of the second one you didn't mention: Sedona Station.
"I asked around a bit, and have heard sparse rumors about it collecting these strange, 'terraforming machines'. Interesting... interesting indeed...
"I can understand if you won't let me dock there, but I'm more interested in what they collect there. These special 'terraforming machines' may prove useful later in my career. I have plans for them... plans for a new 'genesis'." Her smile turns into a grin, "And no, I'm not going to use such things for evil plans, if you're feeling cynical. On the contrary, I have great, beneficial, and grande plans for such!
"As a final request, please allow me to take a look at these 'terraforming machines', hmm? If not, then this'll be my final message, for it was meant simply as gracias for considering my plea for docking rights."

You are welcomed to visit our system. You may find mooring space at Shasta. While you can dock at Sedona, it's but a scrubbie farm so I don't think you'll find much interest there. Besides, the scrubbie farmers get a bit testy with even us there as we're non-farmers so we let them be.
I think you will find the accommodations at Shasta more than adequate. I'd be delighted to meet you for a drink and/or a dinner at the quiet side of "Sins After Hours" if you wish. Until then...
