Lee stepped into the darkened room, cautiously approaching the center where a small light on the floor was the only thing visible. He reached forward, picking up the small object that contained a blue illuminating glow. The Vagrant Raider pressed several pressure points on the small glowing sphere, then dropped it. A projection emerged from the object. Upon seeing the transparency of an aging man, Lee bowed and looked to the floor in respect.
"It is done, Sir," Lee anxiously said. The projection responded, "Do not speak to me as if I am an equal to your pirate leadership. I could have them smitten down by the wraith of God if I wanted to." Fearfully, Lee looked around and apologized quickly. "Yes my Master, I am sorry Master." The transparency of a man snickered a bit, then continued. "Good.. Good. Proceed with everything as planned. If something goes wrong, contact me immediately and it will be taken cared of. Remember, this mission rests on your hands. Do not let your ego get to your head, or I will use it as decoration for my chambers. Now go." Lee stood up and bowed once sir, then gave a salute. "Yes Master, for The Chaos!"
Lee quickly ran back into the room and activated the projection. The transparent man appeared once more and asked, "Yes? What is it?" Lee nervously responded, "I just got kicked out of the Vagrant Raiders..." The man on the other side just stared at him expressionless for a moment, then turned off the communications. Lee sighed a sigh of relief, then walked towards the door. He put his hand on the door, tugging the handle to open, but it wouldn't move.
"Frak me."
The vents on the ceiling opened, and poisonous gas entered the room. No remains of the foolish Pirate were ever found.
