I am interested to see if there is any response to this, I have seen this feature in action on a Freeworlds video and it is very impressive.

It would be a fantastic feature to add.

P.S: Any chance of a video of it Kawashii? Freeworlds is so different its hard to compare to Disco.

Lighted windows is done by tampering with MAT files, I believe. That means it'd work on any station that uses stock textures, i.e. anything except the new Gallic installations.

If you guys find an independent mod that does just this, I'd be interested. Anti-cheat might flag it up, though. Anti-cheat also picks up on the High-Res Texture Pack. I guess we'd have to test and see.

So far as I know, it really is just lighting. All it is, is a slightly edited texture file.

A PC that's relatively inexpensive and can play the latest games at medium quality settings at around 1280x1024 resolution.

no no No!

its nothing to do with lag or high performance Pc ,its just lightining . Well i played with it and found it same as disco ,no lag no others extras.
So you guys dont know any lightining mod like this?

then i need to do some experiments on both mods!:crazy:
