I know that that is not much - but rest of data was destroyed in explosion.

From black box I determined the course of goings-on:
1. Nuusk undock from Planet Manchatan
2. He was an witness of discution beetween Catherine.Raven and LNS-Resolution
3. Then, an Liberty Gunboat named: 'Gwen' showed up, and open fire on his ship,
each time, was assaluted by some missles.
4. He ask to do something with tha behave, in the meantime Gwen go someplace else
5. Gwen is back and again fire missles on his ship
6. Another try to reach to Gwen
7. In the same moment of Gwen send some credits - probably to jump the 'rank'
Choleriker an Navy Cruser fire an missle - witch destroy Nuusk ship

Ship was badly damaged in results of previous Gwen fire, so the rescue capsule
was fired a certain delay, probably in results of some circuits.

After arival to hospital - he take an large ammount of painkillers, so he was able to speak
- until he pass out.
Then he recive full body scan, witch shows size od damages, invisible at first glance.

Exlosion, and late catapulted from ship was an main cause of massive internal injuries.

Well, thank you for deciding to have it not Nuusks way.

I have had a look at the material you provided.

I am missing any evidence of actual gunfire or missiles fired at Nuusks vessel. Furthermore I see he did not use his nanobots to repair the already damaged hull.

And the most important question: The attack was not out of nowhere and didn't take out his ship by surprise. Instead he was actually waiting to waste all his repairs? As of the material provided he was close to Planet Manhattan. Why did he not flee or evaded the rockets fired at him? Every rocket fired by a capital ship, be it gunboat, cruiser or a battleship has such a slow moving speed and/or turning speed, that a Starblazer, being extremely agile and fast, would have had no problems to avoid being hit, even without using any countermeasures.

Talking about irrational behaviour caused by Harris Syndrome, this is exactly what I call irrational behaviour.

Its almost like he was waiting to get blown up, to have a reason to complain, but underestimated the devastating force of a rocket explosion to his small ship. A bit suicidal..


Aside of that we seem to have several wittnesses.

The question why he do not use his nanobots or shield-bateries is an truly mistery,
however I could not belive that he intentionally do not use them, I'd like belive that as an resould of first attack was some circuit in sysem of ship self-repair system
- since in Black box is info about many warnings about number of damaged components,
hull, shield and circuits.

About dodge the missles - to be frank, maneuvering has never been his good side.
(That is why earlier he flied in much heavier bomber well armored class ship)
And again there is possibility that he was un-able to maneuver, becouse of ship damages.

About dock - is not it so that he could be accused of extortion landing - if he would try to land on the station belong to 'attacking' unit?

Hello Nuuskamuikkunen,

good to see you back.

The investigation is not yet finished, we are still missing the testimonies of the suspects.

I expect the investigation to be completed at the beginning of the next week.

The informations I have got so far indicate, that both suspects could be suffering from the Harris Syndrome. Further I have found out, that there is no evidence they actually wanted to kill you. It looks like Choleriker fired his missiles at Gwenn to stop him from shooting you but instead hit and destroyed your ship by accident.

So far the only thiing I can guarantee you is the restitution in kind. Which means you will get paid for the shiploss, ammunitionloss and a standard payment for your time at hospital.
Any further measurements would have to be taken by the Navy command. The LPI will send a recommendation depending on the overall results of the investigation.

To your second question: Gornik provided already some material regarding the incident.
There is only one question I have.
According to the communications log provided you had enough time to state, that your weapons and hull got damaged and that you ran out of repairs. Other material shows you - or better the debris of your ship - extremely close to the the offending ships right after your ship got blown up.

Why haven't you tried to get at distance?

I vaguely remember all events, only few things burned into my memory,
first - an two rockets from nowhere, launtched from small distance
- too quick to react, even my detector do not have time to warn me.

Then two explosions - first take my shield, second shredded my hull.

I'm not an great expert when it comes to ships, but leakage h-fuel and oxygen is not an good thing,
I was trying to manually mend holes in cockpit, since Nanos and Bateries do not respond.
My capabilities to run was reduced becouse of damages of wings, oxygen leaks
- all what I could do is scream for help or stop the fire, and trying to stay alive.

Last thing what I remember was - 'bip' confirmation some cash transfer,
and torpedo flying in my direction, then bright light and roar...

I pass out, and U got some flashes with crash landing on planet,
extraction of the damaged capsule, hospital - after recive some drugs,
I've used some transmitter and I was shout something, maybe to my attacers,
maybe NY wide... I do not recall...

That is pretty all what I remember.
