' Wrote:True, but please don`t complain about "pvpwhores" only because you get killed in RP.
No, it's mandatory that you complain. It's part of the unwritten rules of "RP", whatever the hell that word means now and days.
Quote:So you joust the VHF and die, in all fairness, with honour.
:lol:Okay, so giving away easy kills is honour. Gotcha.
I love how people are considering not using tactics or a ships strengths as "fairplay". Hell, what -IS- fairplay? Making sure you never beat someone just because you're better? Making sure you never lose?
I don't get why people would keep chasing a Light Fighter for hours. All you have to do is fly away. Retreat is not cowardice, it's playing smart. I wonder when people will realize that and stop letting their pride get in the way.
' Wrote:If I get ganked in a LF by 4 people I would dodge them to boredom too.
If they ganked you it's a new story, they deserve to get bored by your dodging
' Wrote:I think it's simply realistic, you do what you have to do to survive. Besides it's comparable to tactics in real combat like guerilla tactisc for example - the same 'type of combat thinking'.
Well running is realisting, dodging to troll them isn't.
' Wrote:So...you're in an LF, about to duel with a VHF.
You think to yourself: "Dodging is cowardice! I will not stoop to this lowly tactic of confusing and tiring my opponent!"
So you joust the VHF and die, in all fairness, with honour.

Dodging tactics are the only thing an LF pilot can resort to, taking advantage of the LF's superior agility. Jousting and head on combat is suicide.
Light fighters can easyly outturne a vhf, use that.

what kind of fairplay you are talking about?
oh, right, ninjas are everywhere
It's what you do prefer, power or agility. Agility is better for pros though
' Wrote:I just went over to Conn with my new Scimitar and fought around more than 10 bouts of battles for a period of over 3 hours.
I LOST EVERY SINGLE BATTLE.
Who sucks now eh?
I think i fought you, you need to learn the timing for using mines, spamming them is not good. Even i, a mine magnet, survived spamming
' Wrote:It's what you do prefer, power or agility. Agility is better for pros though
Agility forever.
And yes, for such noob as me it lets only dodge incoming fire.
For pros it lets them and dodge and shoot (both well).
It is not hard to learn how to dodge, but I cants say the same about aiming
