Attention! All Ships flying in Sirius must possess a valid ID for the type of ship they are using(a civilian ID for pilots lower than 40) and mounted. The Ship Registry Office has getting too many reports!
The LPI and The LSF Is cracking down on these infractions. Plus IF spotted by the Ship registry you must change it immediately or the time that is giving.
appologies my friend it would seem that this malfunctioning black box floating around space has interfered with your transmissions and ruined a perfectly well read speech. i was payed to retrieve this box from my client due to this mishap. unfortentely the transmission seems to be ghosting through multiple channels and has made its way into this one. i am still however looking for the box it could be anywhere in a 20 system radius.
it would seem whomever created this black box message is a imbecile and should speak when spoken to. im sure the man is either dead or rotting in a ditch right about now

hrm multiple transmissions have now been picked up from the Black box i am getting close my friends i am truly sorry for the time it is taking and the scrambled messages that are coming through these line's i am currently in the colorado system. it would seem that it is somewhere in this system due to signal output increases when i entered this system. i shall have it found with the hour.

aha i have found the box my friend at the most north eastern point of the system i shall destroy the thing immediately and i can assure you there will be no more of these interuptions
