I'd like to think that my posts are on the whole, rather constructive and usually more than some of the +1s I see all over the place. However, sitting on the forums all day everyday even allows a 'quality over quantity' strategy to build up a fair amount of them.
Although it might be slightly late to mention this now, being on the forums for several years also helps people to accumulate >1000 posts.
A few 'accidental' double posts can help too.

Also, what is telenovela?

Something like the story that Gideon posted. Something like 200 posts he built up in not longer than a week.
