Oh. I didn't know we were playing a game. Well, it seems to have a red catch that needs to be folded down for the lever to be depressed. So it's got to be something you dont want to accidentally hit by bumping into it. That would suggest it's maybe the brake or an emergency brake. But why that sort of thing would have a cord and not simply be built into the cabin, I don't know.
