i am so sad about that nobody cares about the server rules at all. There is no control at all, and the rule breakers are laughing when i inform them abut the rules. This is no nice gaming.

Pick up your mighty weapon against these rule breakers.
Behold, the Sanctionlance: it cuts, it thrusts and it bludgeons!
Press the button on its handle labelled "Print Screen" and catch the evil rule breakers in the act!
Then use its Internet Browsing function to come here... Ahh wait, I see you have already used that
function...
Well then you know of this great weapon already!
Take those Print Screens and submit them in the Rules Violation sub forum whilst using this as a template!
Go forth son and do us all proud.

Actually going ooRP to threaten them with the rules is a violation of the rules to so you did break the rules as well. Rules.

No, it will always be present. It has no place in sanctions. Moreover, it damn well is wrong.
I dont know how related this is but ive had encounters with unlawfuls (namless ones) one of which i was killing npc junkers on a mission and got chased off then reported for killing civillians (in texas for chrissake), as well as a group of pirates parked at at jumpgate who i saw and ran from (good scanners and thrusters:) ) and when i escaped and landed at a base (in liberty btw) they told me i was cheating and i had to loggoff for 4 hours. and then they went and shot a friend of mine down 3 times in the next system. of course they were doing this when there were not enough capitals around to stop them like pirate cowards usually do but thats their nature i suppose
