Haven't you heard that the wiki isn't the end all? But okay. I don't see your obsession with the yacht considering the -only- NPC faction that uses it is OS&C.

You'll find it's exactly what is on the wiki, strangely absent of any mention that IC had any hand in it's creation.
Just perhaps some bad publicity for it.

We don't even use it. I don't think IC should be producing ships, but I'm not going to change our lore just because you want us to.

You want it to be wrong, you run the faction, you're the only one with the power to remove it from your lore, so just do it.
