To say it directly: my time on the forums is late. It is now 9:40 PM at my home. When I set the time to my zone, +1 GMT, it does show the correct time. But, only in the settings menu. When I look at "user local time", it is still late by an hour. Also, all the posts appear to be made an hour later than they really are. Did anybody notice this yet? Or only I have the bug?

yes, does for me too, its annoying but not really so annoying that id comment on it. its only 1 hour.
Same here - it's because the "Daylight Saving Time correction" option seems to be set to "Always use DST correction" by default instead of "Automatically detect DST settings". All the times seem to be showing up correctly after I changed that; give it a try. Applying DST correction during winter doesn't work very well, for obvious reasons.
EDIT: You can find the option in your user control panel under "Your Profile" -> "Edit Options" -> "Date and Time Options".
