First off,

So we have technical jurisdiction out in Humboldt, even if we're not present much. Therefore when we hear of things like unknown modular facilities popping up, we take note and investigate.
Which brings me to point number two. We didn't hear anything about this. Especially not from Flox Corporation. Granted, we don't have any laws that require registration out there at present(perhaps we will soon), but when a Liberty Corporate entity makes a facility, we'd like to know about it. When Doe Industries built Tenneco Station out there, they were kind enough to inform us about it. I'd expect the same from any lawful organization.
Thirdly, I don't have any information on what drove members of the Liberty Navy secondary fleet to act as they did, however I'm sure they would be willing to present their information when questioned. I hear banter about Hellfire Legion involvement, a threat we need to take seriously. As the burden of proof lies on the aggresssor, I'm requesting that we hear back from the fleet members present as to why they assaulted and took out your facility.
And finally, give a moment as I access a data stream here.

Irony much? As Captain Archer pointed out, LNS stands for any Liberty Navy Ship in service, regardless of fleet assocation. You wish to sue the entirety of the Liberty Navy? I wish you good luck, because that's not going to happen.
On a final note, this has been referenced to Primary Fleet Command. We'll see if they have anything to add that I haven't. It sounds like you have other troubles in the works, though.

What i was trying to say is i want to sue the LNS who where present at the location and assisting the destruction of [FC]Mining and Storage and slaughtering the innocent crew aboard.

Well flox,if some LNS bs blow up a base doesnt mean that the whole government is involved,they could be corrupt ships but the HF guys they saw landing could be friendly to DSE or something like that,i think you should inform this case directly to the LN high command.
I may have been there..... BUT I was only following orders and did not want to be striped of my rank for not following strict orders. but i also i got to say when we were about to give up and head back to base, than your base gave up. your base would of lived if it was alive for 1 more min.

In particular, Captain of the LNS-Artio, forward the names of those involved in the attack ASAP.
The investigation has revealed that there was a miscommunication between the Secondary Fleet that implied your base was being used by the Hellfire Legion. With your base already being established as being illegal by the Secondary Fleet captains, it was their decision to destroy the base.
Whilst the loss of trade assets and life is regrettable, the situation would have likely been avoided had the Flox company registered its base with Republic of Liberty.
Although the source of the miscommunication has not been found, it is still being investigated by IA. However, they've informed me that finding the sources of a miscommunication like this are rarely found.

I can argue that Humboldt is out of the LN Jurisdiction but i wont.
You say the [FC]Mining and Storage facility is illegal but why did we not receive a warning.
A simple warning so we could work things out or so we could have evacuated properly and not have so many employees killed.
