As soon as you allow Monsieur Reevs to fly under your callsign tag, he will be covered within our agreement as well, also recieving entrance permission to Roussillon et docking permission on Perpignan. You are the leader of ZRC, it is up to you to decide who you let into your group et who you don't. Of course always risking that if one new guy does something stupid, the whole group will feel the consequences, but that is why I would like to advise you to chose only the ones you clearly trust. As for me, currently I have nothing against allowing Monsieur Reevs to haul goods from Perpignan, et we all hope this stays this way, oui?
Sincerement,
Colonel Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil

Monsieur Reevs is trusted person, but ill bee careful with new pilots. Currently doing for (ZRC) information and shortly will be open recruit center.
Thank you for permission to Roussillon
If will be any change, i will inform you.
Best regards,
Freyr Loki, (ZRC) Leader and Administrator
I don't know, if it was a mere miscommunication or a deliberate action from your side - I hope for the latter -, but it saddens me to discover that you do act against our deal. I thought I was clear enough, let me rephrase what you seem to have failed to understand.
You requested entrance permission into Roussillon et docking permission to Perpignan for your group of zoners, the (ZRC). This request was granted. You then told me about a new member of yours, Monsieur Reevs, who will fly under the tag of (ZRC) soon. I noted this, which does not mean that Monsieur Reevs himself have been granted the same permissions as the members of the Zoner Research Center, with the exception of himself becoming a member too. I hoped that this was clear enough for you to understand. Et even then, I found Monsieur Reevs flying within Roussillon et without (ZRC) tags. C'est unacceptable.
I expect a swift, thorough et believable explanation on how this could have happened. Remember, your reputation is getting fragile, any attempt to test our patience or our legal codex may not end well for you. Compris?
Sincerement,
Colonel Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil
