I started off yesterday's patrol by heading to Colorado for a quick sweep of the system. I'd expected to run into one of those Xenophobic terrorists, but instead ran into a Zoner Borderworld Transport near Pueblo Station.
As you don't exactly see those things in Liberty every day, I decided to ask the ship to cut its engines for a routine inspection. I scanned the ship, and noticed it was equipped with one of those cloaking devices a few of the secondary navy fleet's battleships have, too.
Although I distinctly remembered seeing a paragraph in Liberty's laws stating such devices were forbidden, I couldn't find it when I looked them up. However, given the experimental nature of a cloaking device, as well as the fact that it can easily be used to smuggle goods into Liberty right under our noses, I decided to levy a one-million-credit fine, and ask the ship's captain to turn around and return to Kepler.
The fine was paid (and later transferred to the Leavenworth,) and sergeant - or is it lieutenant, now? - John Aryn and I, as well as a secondary fleet dreadnaught christened the 'Viscious', began escorting the Zoner ship towards Kepler.
However, as I was following it on the tradelane towards Battleship Rio Grande, I noticed its shields drop; a sign of it engaging its cloaking device. I was right. Its cloaking device activated seconds after it reached the Rio Grande. I managed to fire a few shots at it, damaging its hull quite significantly, before I lost visual.
John Aryn and I attempted to chase the ship using heat-seeking cruise disruptors to pin it down, but did not manage to destroy the ship. I suggest we treat the ship, called the 'Horny Cacodaemon', as shoot-on-sight should it return to Liberty.
John Aryn and I returned to New York to rendezvous with officer Buck Frost and deputy chief Colin Sinclair. As we reached Fort Bush, we noticed two Behemoth-class transports from Rheinland. One held ALG papers, and was allowed to continue. The other, however, was registered as a freelancer.
We attempted to communicate with the ship's captain, but he did not respond. Instead, it tried to flee, and Buck Frost - who had arrived during the interrogation -, myself and John Aryn opened fire. The ship was promptly destroyed, with John Aryn delivering the final blow. I have to say, those Behemoths make for some nice fireworks.
Both John Aryn and Colin Sinclair had to take a brief break from patrol duty in order to do some paperwork, leaving me and Buck Frost to continue the patrol. We soon noticed a rogue flee towards the Jersey debris field, chased by secondary fleet officer Duane Dibley.
As we were worried that officer Dibley might get himself into trouble, we also gave chase, observing from a safe distance. The rogue seemed to be about to crash-land on Rochester, and we decided to jump in to prevent him from doing so - we didn't feel like having to explain to the junkers how their landing bay got wrecked.
Soon, the Rogue broke off and fled towards a jumphole. Officer Frost and I were hesitant to enter it, but Duane immediately gave chase. Worried about his fate on the other side of the jumphole, we entered it as well. It led us to Colorado. Thankfully, there were no surprises there. The rogue remained alone. We continued the engagement, and the Rogue ended up blowing himself up with a nova torpedo.
As it didn't seem safe to stay so far from the lanes, we immediately returned to planet Manhattan in order to join John Aryn. Soon, we noticed a rogue - apparently one of the more dangerous ones - approaching the planet's orbit.
Of course, we closed in on the rogue to interrogate them. As the rogue wouldn't surrender - despite being outnumbered 3 to 1 - we opened fire to take their pod by force. Unfortunately, DC Sinclair, who arrived late to the battle, was taken down by the rogue's nova torpedoes. To make matters worse, the rogue managed to tractor in the pod!
Luckily, together with Aryn and Frost, I managed to quickly down the rogue, and tractor in the deputy chief's pod. The rogue's, however, was nowhere to be found.
We returned the life pod of Colin Sinclair, who managed to safely eject before his ship's destruction, to planet Manhattan, where he boarded the ADX-Washington.

I have been authorised to start upgrading our trading division. The technicians started with the Kansas. A lot of outdated software was removed, new one installed. We also fitted the needed armour upgrade.
Took the ship for a test run and came across a hostile vessel, flying with Outcast papers, while using a Liberty gunboat. Obviously a stolen vessel. The Kansas engaged, but the target slipped away. Check the attached files.
The Kansas is back on the dry dock for some finishing touches. Will deal with the Lewisburg as well, maintenance service is scheduled for tomorrow.
Took quick patrols on the Exectuioner and the SWAT Upholder, along with Sergeant Reynolds and Officer Frost. Nothing too special there, their reports have all the needed information.
I will continue to supervise the progress on the Kansas.
Lieutenant Aryn signing off.

Rivers here, got a nice long patrol for you. Started in New York after setting up my upholder and found a Scylla by the name of CFH-Derange.Reality who was carrying some LPI pilots. Engaged it, shortly after an LABC assisted me and we took it down.
Next up, ran into a Recruit flying a bactrian named Sinosauropteryx. Gun-cams malfunctioned on that, escorted him to Rochester to get a Junker CSV.
After that, I went back to Manhattan and spotted a DSE Arrastra named Gektor firing on a Cryer liner full of Synthetic Marijuana. I told the pilot to cut his engines, he complied then started moving again. I warned him that if he kept moving I would fire, and he did not cut his engines again. I ended up destroying it with the help of an LSC in the area. My mosquito cruise disruptors set off the base defenses of Trenton, so I needed assistance.
It was quiet after that, until I received a call informing me that two GRN bombers named Slazen_LaChance and Marquise_Voltair were in California. Me and Officer Frost headed over along with Deputy.Knotts. Officer Frost got blown up shortly after engaging by a stray mine, and lots of others joined the fight. Long story short, they blew up. ##
I headed over to Texas shortly after with a couple other officers and ran into a Firefly named SmokyZ who gave me a Liberty Rogue to drop off at Sugarland. I headed straight over, keen on not letting that dirty Rogue steal any of my donuts and dropped him off.
At this point, it is now myself, Officer Frost, and Mr. Sinclair. We receive a call that there is a pirate flying a Guardian named Adam.Reid. We head over, and a long pursuit entails. We end up not destroying the ship, as it crosses into Galileo.

Rivers here, report here from the other day. Started out the patrol on my Upholder, running embargo duty with the [LN]-LNS-Lake.Shasta. Before the Lake Shasta arrived, I ran into a Freelancer illegally flying a Navy-issue Guardian named [RS]-Chocobo. Upon stopping him, I explained the issue and issued a fine for 1.000.000 credits, which was paid and I issued him a temporary pass with Recruit identification papers. He agreed to get the proper permanent papers within a day.
Next off, ran into a pirate flying a Sabre named Jeff-Dice. I neglected to take a gun-cam shot, I'm sure one of the other officers that were there will be reporting on it however. He was a dodgy little bugger, kept us occupied for quite a while until he slipped up and got put out of action by a bounty hunter.
That was all for that patrol, I'll include the next one I started a few hours after. Started in New York, and I ran into a Freelancer flying a Greyhound named Holy.Avenger. After stopping him in my bomber I called for Officer Reynolds to come help me with him. Shortly after Reynolds arrived, we had an issue with a Samura transport refusing to leave the scene. He was disrupting the course of justice, so we ordered him to leave. Still he refused, claiming he could do what he wanted. Suddenly, out of no-where a mutated killer space fly appeared right next to him. Officer Reynolds and I valiantly engaged the killer insect, destroying it but in the process critically damaging the Samura. He made it to a dock nearby to repair, crisis averted.
I presented Holy.Avenger with three options, to either exchange his vessel, be escorted out of Liberty and pay an additional fine, or toss money out of the window of his vessel if he wished. He chose the latter, and while counting the money he seemed to have flown away. I really should get better with counting my money and multi-tasking.
Finally, Reynolds obtained an ADX vessel to intercept cargo being smuggled across the embargo border and we headed over to Texas. It was quiet, aside from either a Recruit or a Freelancer, I'm not sure which. He had multiple identification papers, probably fakes. His supposed name was VitaminZ and he was in the possession of two "Firekiss" model Rheinland Plasma Cannons. I stopped him and explained what was wrong, he didn't agree to the 200.000 fine so, being the generous person I am, I offered to lower the fine to 100.000 provided he fetched me all the model lines of Rheinland weaponry that are illegal in Liberty. He declined, and then quickly fled to Houston and docked. I suspect he may be a Kraut spy, his tail lights were intact and that means he's surely hiding something. I recommend we black-list him for all automatic defense systems in the Republic of Liberty.

My first patrol was pretty eventful.
I started off the day easily, scanning passing ships and transports. However, I was very quickly called to duty as a passing Navy ship began talking about Rhineland ships. After that, the Navy was on a wild goose chase until presence was confirmed in Texas. I then met up with the LNS Bein and we rendezvous'd with the rest of our makeshift fleet.
We then regrouped at the Battleship Mississippi, all of us sitting there. Out of no where, Rhineland capital ships and cruisers began closing in on our position. We lost the Phoenix, the Cata, the California, and the rest of the fleet before I decided to hightail it home to NY. Guncam on my escape here. After reaching the jump gate, a thought in my head had gone off, telling me to go back and help the fighters destroy as many caps as possible. But then I realized, that was an LSF agent.
I flew back, assisted in the destruction of a capital ship, and promptly was gunned down by RM fighters. The LSF agent pulled me in as they retreated and flew off toward Norfolk, where a new Liberator was awaiting me. Man, we go through these new Liberators like TIE fighters, eh?
I then scanned some passerbys. I found a Freelancer ID'd man flying in a Defender. Well, he didn't even HAVE an ID. I fined him 1 million, and then was told he didn't have the money. I promptly pointed him to Manhattan to buy a StarTracker or another ship in his price range, and slapped him on his wrist with my handy ruler. I returned to Ft. Bush for a coffee and doughnut break.
When I got back, a ship IFF'd as a Rhineland Police officer came storming through in a Heron. After not replying to our questions multiple times, Rivers and I called for assistance from the LNS Flare Fire and took him out, collecting furs and dropping them off into Newark Station. I then attempted to treat the officer to coffee and doughnuts, but he declined.
After I undocked from Ft. Bush, I went to Manhattan, responding to a distress call from the LNS Braveheart. Several Liberty Rogue Bombers were harassing him and the Phoenix, and I engaged the trio of bombers with Samm and Rivers. I don't remember their call signs, but they were .Torpedo men. We quickly dispatched these bombers, but the Braveheart sustained heavy damage. I had hit Long Island with a few bursts of Vengeance, and they fired on me. Needless to say, a passerby picked me up and dropped me of on Manhattan, where a mechanic fixed me up.
Later on, I spotted a LPI-IFF'd transport with a Navy ID holding Gaian Wildlife in a BorderWorlds transport. After 5 minutes of him not responding, the LNS Trinidad opened fire and destroyed the transport. We donated the 895 Gaian animals to the Manhattan Zoo.
Later on again, a distress signal was given from the Braveheart. The Torpedoes were back, and I assisted. A nearby Reaver and several pirates, including an Outcast Gunboat, gunned me down. I flew back to Fort Bush disappointed.
Finally, I got out of Fort Bush when the lazy Mechanics fixed me up. There was a massive Outcast Dreadnought attacking the LNS Trinidad, and fired on it until it recieved heavy damage and landed on Manhattan. The mans name was Monty, and he quickly diverted his gunfire onto me. I hightailed it back to Fort Bush and signaled a Navy patrol to deal with it. When they asked me to go with them, I replied "Forget it, I've been destroyed too many times today. I'm going on my Union Mandated Break" and landed on Fort Bush, where I am writing this useless report.
Tal out.

Rivers here, memory is failing me so I'll do a quick compilation of my action over the past couple days. Comprised of three separate patrols.
Came across VitaminZ once more, he was now in a pelican. I demanded a 1,000,000 credit fine for his obstruction of justice a while ago by docking with Houston, he refused and was blown up. His fine is now at 2.000.000 SC.
Sighted a Corvo cruiser named SpikeBebop but was too busy with a Rogue Gunboat named CFH-William.Edward to deal with him and he got away. Neglected to get ID scan for the rogue, but here's the kill. Prefix of the vessel corresponds with other rogue sightings.
Found a Molly in a Pirate Transport at the Ontario hole in Colorado, but it jumped through and docked on a Hacker base.
Ran into two Rogues, one in a Barghest and one in a Werewolf. Chris_Brown, in the Werewolf, was carrying lawful pilots and got put out of action by a capital ship patrol in Pennsylvania. O.J.Simpson in the Barghest attempted to run but I chased him down and waited for backup, then he refused to pay a fine and we destroyed him.
And for my embargo duty, ran into [MK]"Three.Prelates" who was attempting to smuggle bio-neural processors over the border. His cargo was destroyed and he was fined 1.000.000. A Cryer Pharmaceuticals Luxury Liner came up, Lunar.Falcon, who was carrying a Hornviper that I confiscated. He was not fined, due to it not being mounted and clearly not going to be sold here.
On to my patrol for the past couple of days.
On my first patrol, I went with Officer Frost to find a small Outcast task force. We succeeded in destroying them, with the help of two primary Navy bombers. Nothing else eventful happened.
On my second patrol, nothing interesting happened.
On my third patrol, the 7th Fleet Assault Carrier went rogue, rampaging through New York and Colorado. I fell to its gunfire in NY, but was able to assist in killing it at Colorado. Guncams are above.
On my fourth patrol, I went with Officer Rivers to try and collect embargo fines. We didn't get any.
That's about it for my patrol report, will keep posted on my exciting adventures in the LPI.

So I was running a patrol, West Point was my first stop. I heard from the LN that a trader named Marshal was on the KoS list for smuggling and embargo breaking. So I warned him, and I opened fire. He escaped and my Cruise Disruptors missed him. I chased him into California, but he was to far ahead to catch. He escaped into the Cortez system, but I didn't follow. That is out of our jurisdiction.
Be on the lookout for this guy.

Greetings Liberty Police,
On my first patrol in a LZF-9805 "Liberator" Liberty Light Fighter, I was flying around New York system. As I was approaching Fort Bush, I was silently engaged by a Liberty Assault Carrier named " Black.Scorpion ". I told him to stop several times, but all he said was " LPI, its time ti cleansed your soul ". I then requested assistance from the Liberty Navy. He later then was using a thing called " Jump Drive ", and escaped before he could be destroyed . I have uploaded some files for you to see.

Greetings Liberty Police,
Well, my second patrol, I undocked from Planet Manhattan, and headed to California. On my way there, I got a transmission from a Navy Captain about " Black.Scorpion ". I headed to California, and found " Black.Scorpion " by Planet Los Angeles. He again like last time, engaged me silently, and almost killed me. I asked for assistance from near by Captains. We engaged him but he used that " Jump Drive " and got away. On our way back to New York, we sighted a Order Bomber, named 141|Vlado.Ghado. I asked him to stop, but he ran. We chased him and found him by Alcatraz. He said they were here to kill the " Nomad ship ". I told them that we didn't see them anywhere close there, and told them that there is a fine for using " Nomad Weapons ", his ship, and his papers and will be escorted out. Later on, we got a transmission from a Navy Officer about " Black.Scorpion " again by the lanes. We all headed there, and engaged him. The Order came and told me that they wanted to make a deal about a permanent protection from them killing this nomad. I said that I am not allowed to make any alliances, and they later engaged our Assault Battlecruiser, and assisting " Black.Scorpion ". After couple minutes, the nomad Carrier was destroyed by our Captains. I have uploaded files for you to see.
