Good day. Name's Remilia Scarlet. I'm contacting you to discuss some things about the Kusari bounty board and it's special rules, namely the special zone of operation restrictions which makes the board almost completely useless for "outside" contractors.

Let me please explain this on a certain situation.

So in short you don't want those people to breath and I don't like credits to slip off my hands just because it happened at some "zone 1".

As an outside contractor, you do know you are able to claim bounties concerning operations made in the Zone 2 and 3.
The current political situation is tense, miss Scarlet. The bounty restrictions were put in place following pressures made by organizations believing we don't need foreigners.
Your concern concerning the areas of operation is noted. The admiralty already made a request regarding the bounties system before Kusari parliament.

That said,
Although you fought Kusari Empire enemies countless times, i cannot seem to find any action carried on by you since the creation of the Republic.

I do believe the Kusari Kaigun would give a special permission, granted you showed us you are still operating in Kusari and helping our forces to deal with the criminals and terrorists plaguing our house.

Those are the great news and I'm sure many, not only me, will see this as a possibility to work for the Kusari's wellbeing as a mercenaries.

The times are changing and the bounty hunting is the business were you have be flexible to fit in it.
