I am Liam Anders, Minister of Agriculture for the Colonial Republic. As you may well remember, the Republic has already contacted you and your honourable company to facilitate some sort of relations. However, a misunderstanding between you and Ambassador Aias stalled any talks.

Perhaps this would not have occurred had the discussion been face to face. For this reason, we Colonials wish to attend your 'summit' on Curacao. Of course, your own judgement may be used on how confidential our presence is, as some other attendees may be 'offended'.
I will personally be at the talks, the short distance to travel and the high number of supply shuttles to Yuma's surface allow any date to suit. Aias may also be able to attend, although it is not guaranteed.
