It seems livadia has a new base, could someone please explain this and to who it belongs?
We decided to remove our base but not in exchange of another one.
I believe someone owns an explaination, but I'm also considering the idea that you were also unawared.

So it is you after all, And just what exactly are you going to do with that base? seal it off with weapon platforms? And you didn't even bother let others know, You ask respect and show no respect at all, I challenge your "ownership" of Livadia, You are stationed in Zeta with the only link to a shipyard in a space that was only recently been under new changes, We don't like that, thats not how friends treatr each other.

Im sorry to report that a <ZA> ships fire control officer was sentenced to death for pressing the wrong button. He had been ordered to shut down the weapons but had by his own fault fired a full salvo at the base above Lividia( as pictured)

Though his execution is still so recent, i have to ask will the base above Lividia Station have weapons Platforms in the future?

If so why?

Lividia station is under Phoenix control and i see no need for them to build a palace as they named it above.

We are being very wary of greeks bearing gifts and as a resident of O-74 i have never seen Phoenix take any intrest in residing in the system. Even though they control the Lividia Station.

If in the future this station is used to block access to Lividia Station we will be very upset!

As of 02:31 hours this morning the <ZA> Respectfully request the removal of the new phoenix base right on top of the Lavadia ship yard in omicron 74 system....

We give you 24 hours to respond or were gonna start a peaceful blockaid to the station as a sign of protest to such
a base being constructed in our home system with out bothering to imform it residents...

The base is and will be a major obstruction to the lower shipyard and as it get bigger it will cause a surver danger to the
population of the lower shipyard...

I have to say, your behaviour kind of confuses me. I do not see on which statutory source you claim the removal of Livadia Palace. Maybe you could help me with that.

Otherwise, I guess it's up to the Phoenix whether they set up a station above Livadia shipyard or not.

I am really sorry this conflict has been formed and hope for a civilized settlement of these differences.

Oh well. Imagine a situation, when your house started to be a little for your family. Of course, if you have possibilities and resources, you will make it bigger and better, without asking your neighbors to do so.

The hell, why we should ask you to build an extension to our shipyards? It was planned annexe, and your barbarian movements as siege wasn't ignored.

So, before to sent a transmission you fired upon Phoenix property? And after that you've expected a civil negotiations? Your point send us an ultimatum about our own extension and shipyards is invalid.

As for 74, we are not your neighbors this is our home remember? the home you left.. rings a bell? what you do here matters to all of us and I agree that old base had its faults but right now its not about that base so dont bring it up, Period.

We the <ZA> did apoligise for that one off incident well in advance of your complaint and the person who pressed the button was also dealt with....

Our arguement here is plain and simple....
We the Zoner Alliance were prepaired to fully remove our old storage facility beneath the lavadia shipyard.
To which we were almost finished doing.
You and countless other groups make your arguements about its affects to the shipyard above it....
Yet just as where about to fully remove it for the good of the community and the station above.
You the PHOENIX slap a palace right on top of the shipyard...
I ask you think logicly.
If all the claims were true about the possible affects to the shipyard by our old storage base what makes your any differant...
Your actions here are not logical.
Having/building a palace so close to a repair facility is insane.
As soon as the palace shield generator can on line the affects to the shipyard beneath were very plain to see...
As I have already pointed out the shipyards hull plating was recorded as shaking...
As that base get bigger it's gonna cause even more problems...
We the <ZA> ask you don't be silly.
Your actions are only gonna put ours and you own peoples lives at risk...

As you may of noticed our own group recently had a fall out with our neighbours.
Which I'd like to point out we have managed to sort out.
Both sides finally admitted to making mistakes and doing wrong that's how we and them have managed to
seal the bonds of peace...
Now I ask you take a leaf out of our book.
Don't be stubburn and openly admit your palace location is not logical or suitable.

We The <ZA> are more then willing to help you relocate the palace to a more safer and logical location..
