Battleship.Fuji has been sanctioned for breaking the following rule

5.9 Disconnecting from the server in a PvP fight to escape, as well as in any other situation that involves player interaction, is not allowed. If you lose server connection during a player interaction, you should get back in game quickly to continue the interaction, with the other player's permission. If that is not possible, then post on the forums and PM the players involved.

Also, using the swearing to force the server to kick you is logged and so all guns and credits from many of your ships have been removed.

Also I bought it with this name, owner did not requested change, so I had no rush, I played only 1,2 hours with it, did some missions and that is all

codes for transfer was sent via skype, guy from group in game offered me so we continued via skype, I am searching for history of that transfer on skype

P.S

I spoke with owner, only recent history is available, he offered me some money, but I refused because he was nice.

I can see that the ship did change hands since this report was filed. I've also spoken with the individual who sold you the ship and he is offering to compensate you for what you lost here. I'm thinking that's a fair offer and much less hassle for us given the complex history of that ship. Do you agree?
