My character is a barely practicing pseudo-mason without any sort of discordianist leanings (in fact, he actually detests Baffinites in general), but he still utilises Kallisti as a form of greeting when dealing with fellow Tau Zoners.
Stating that "Kallisti" can't be used by those who don't believe in the existence of Eris is a little bit over the top. Words and phrases spread around any community as goes the evolution of linguistics, and with the Zoners (who tend to travel from system to system more than the average house resident), it makes sense that the linguistic quirks of one cultural type would start to merge into the general Zoner consciousness.
There is ingame evidence for this. Think about the pineal amulet, third eye, whatever, the little Geodian quartz blob generally worn by the TAZ. Where is the primary export point for this? Yes that's right, Munich. This would suggest a general spread of Autonomous Zoner cultural norms throughout the Sirius sector (probably along the Baffin cardi route), due to Baffin's rp position as a one-way celestial superhighway where both Liberty and Rhineland are the end consumers.
Supportive of this idea or not, you can't deny lots of Zoner indies (mainly in the Taus but also in the outer Omicrons, which makes sense for reasons I'll get to later), use "Kallisti" as a greeting message, regardless of the meaning. This is indicative of reality, where people use phrases constantly without allusion to their original meaning. "Kallisti" has become the general Zoner-ish phrase for "hello" despite its original intent. A long winded reading of TAZ lore is no pre-requisite.
It also stands to reason that the majority of Zoners - possessing mostly a vocational education of the skills required to make money and survive from nothing on the edge of Sirius - would only have a very rudimentary understanding of the Greek Mythos, so that's not really required either, unless, of course, you are actually Rping as a TAZ.
Kallisti and goodbye (argue with that one, I dare you ).

For God sake Crackpunch! Don't hole me with one-liners, I spent five mins typing that into shape. *grin*
But out of curiosity who actually tells people the correct meaning of Kallisti? I'm just wondering if there's loads of indie Zoners out there googling phrases...
It would be intriguing to hold another summit. However, having a Zoner summit to discuss a greeting message would be the same as every English-speaking country in the world holding a summit to discuss the decline in the standards of English. Plus we're unlikely to get nearly 200 replies as we did with the last summit, people would just get bored.
Just a suggestion though, if there was another summit, should it be in Baffin? The Temporary Autonomous Zoners are probably the best example of the Zoner Way in action in Sirius right now (no rage anyone), but if this summit didn't move around it would kind of be centralising Baffin as the middle of the Zoner universe. Fact is, there's a lot of systems which are predominantly Zoner; Pennsylvania (arguably), Omicron Theta (arguably), two adjacent Omega systems, and of course Omicron 74 along with Baffin.
Hrrm.
Well maybe not Omicron 74, not just yet. It's still a bit too much of a warzone to hold a peace conference in.
Gran Canaria, or is it too distant?
Actually, Baffin still might be the best choice.

Mind you elaborate your thoughts then to back up your otherwise empty words instead of going offensive and insulting? Might just been me, but I thought that is a standard in civilized conversations.

Gran canaria is always a good suggestion yes. Its not a bad location and also not that far. But the last Zoner summit ended sadly not as intended, but I guess RL takes its toll also on the RP sides in here.
Sadly not everyone seems to understand what Zoners are. It makes me sad to be honest.

Zoners could do with a lore re-write to put a stop to the ongoing (and repeating) circus. I mean, how many times have factions like ZA risen, tears been shed, Zoner ships gotten killed and so on.
If lore/ID/shipline was just patched up to a level where it corresponds to Zoners as an entity in-game, these issues would be behind us, rather than be a recurring event.
