Seeing as the rule of thumb is one system beyond your NPCs, and GRN have NPCs in Leeds, which has Jumpholes to every system in Bretonia, GRN can attack any Bretonian system they want?

They shouldn't attack New London, Manchester, Cambridge, Salisbury, and Poole with caps. I doubt they even know of the existence of Salisbury and Poole.
I think they also don't know that Chester exists, or if they do, they don't know how to reach it. But even if they did, there is hardly anything to attack. If the King doesn't decide to turn against the Nomads for a change.
Im not counting Guard systems, they dont even have Jumpholes in leeds. Why do you think snubs should be able to raid further than caps, seeing as the GRN NPC patrols in leeds - the furthest system they have NPCs in, are caps, and a cap charge is their canon tactic for invading new territory?

I haven't seen much in the way of the RP for a while, but last I saw old Chuckie was well on the way to being infected. So why would he turn against his blue brothers?
