Considering how the kusari ship line works a carrier isnt really necessary.
The Ku GB and hatchet deal with fighters just fine. The Ku BC is a cap killer so a carrier really wouldn't fit. It would have to be either a really, really light carrier or a super heavy carrier that has more firepower, armor and less of a profile then the Ku BS to be of any practical use.
