I have decided to confirm the above as the attached evidence could be deemed as inconclusive.

Whilst undertaking my duties in Liberty, I happened upon this cretin pirating as per usual and chased it around for a short while. Soon enough, Mr. Archer arrived as he could obviously smell a pay-cheque from some light years away, being the nature of the Hunter. The pirate eventually ran out of fuel for his cloak in Colorado and was quickly pinned down. I proceeded to resume my patrols as I felt it prudent to allow Mr. Archer to claim his kill alone, and he duly did so. Liberty is slightly safer now, what with this fool being exterminated.
