Bonjour, nice to see you restarting your building plans, plans more aligned to our requests than your original.
Permission is given with a number of conditions, primarily this base needs to be kept a tight secret. The smog cloud should provide some cover, for added security make sure it is not sitting close to any of the jump holes within that cloud. To maintain secrecy it would be expected that the building of this base is only carried out by ships of whose loyalty we are certain of. Hopefully you will not draw too heavily upon any of our shipping companies as we do not want vital war supplies interrupted.
Whilst you undoubtedly have your own plans for the structure The Kingdom is only willing to sanction its presence with the above in mind, the normal adherence to Gallic Laws and subject to the following.
The base must be used as an Intelligence collection point for the advancement of Gallia, a mining outpost would probably provide good cover. We are therefore, as part of this permit asking you to pick up your former espionage activities for the Kingdom. With the taking of Leeds we are now deeper into what was Bretonian Territory and knocking on the doors of many different groups of people. You will need to help our own excellent data collection network by working the areas where it is not as problematic for a Junker to be seen.
In order to maximise this covert function it will of course be expected that any lawful Gallic force will be able to dock. So any GRN, EFL, GMS and IDF flagged ships would be expected to be allowed docking with little scrutiny.
Please note it is unlikely that GRN can provide much support if this base is attacked so you will need to remember this is a risky venture and organise some defensive force of your own.
