Interesting about the whole liner thingie is that if any of the KSP denied in RP docking there( Simple:"Here is the police- close the docking facilities") the liner is sanctionable under 6.9 even that this is not KSP base because in RP as police you have the right uhh to police your space and all lawful stations in it. You could use the search engine to inform you better on that matter,there are better topics too but I fail to find them:

So actually if you knew better the liner had the chance to die or to pay the fine, docking was not option since the station is lawful in Kusari House space. Last time one was sanctioned for docking on Cali minor being Planetform planet when hunted by LN if I recall correctly.

We were actually following a dragon gunboat. I was a little dissapointed that you let it slip right by you, especially when you were sat right on the top of Ames in a Nephilim. But then again I don't know much about zoner laws.

I apologize we were so rude to you. Although we generally keep the peace all the way down that trade lane. We'll stop now, as we see it bothers you.

Another point being Kusari never signed that treaty as far as I know?

The rude Rp was perfect, some Kusarian are respecfull other rp the one who don't want Gajin.

But since you enforced that you was sure about the Kusari legal codex, I decided to be the annoying man:)

Now you know. If you want to continue to follow Pirate contact and we will be able to do the same treaty as Liberty did.

Edit : Yep since all kepler except the two gate are independent it seems. Only liberty wanted to enforce that to allow them to follow pirate.

Because of a large amount of people who mistake our faction creation intent as a feedback thread. I'm going to post the guidelines for this section here so you can understand that THIS is the place to complain about our ingame conduct shouldyousodesire.

The only issues that may be raised here:
1) Issues surrounding grossly unbalanced or inappropriate technology use, including the exploitation of combinations of equipment not intended by mod developers. This does not include complaints about equipment which was approved by administrators, such as those granted when a faction was created.

2) Abuse of faction rights, i.e. the exercise of power for its own sake without sufficient justification.
3) Poor in-game behaviour, characterised by repeated incidents which are harmful to server gameplay, and not merely once-off incidents or the exercise of tactical advantage, such as outnumbering, outgunning or outthinking an opponent
