Seniores, we got a problem. Today, we received reports on one of our brothers initiating a blockade in Omicron 80, preventing important supplies from reaching Alpha, in this case - scrap metal for ship construction at Valetta shipyard.

We decided to investigate these reports by escorting one of the Junkers, that was headed to our shipyard. As it turned out, the reports were true. Captain in question attempt to extort significant sum of credits from that junkers or his whole cargo, despite being informed that the junker is under protection of Maltese ships, and attempted to destroy him when Junker did not comply.

We see it as a direct attempt to compromise national security of our Nation, by halting our ship production. That senior also violated Part 2, paragraph 3, article 1 of our Laws. Unfortunately, they were written before the Omicron 80 has been discovered, but we still believe there was a violation.

Please, advise on our further actions. We really do not like the prospect of blowing up a fellow captain together with all his crew, but it's far too important to keep our ship production up and running, to my understanding.
