The italics are for this list here. Bold systems are house space for ID docking rules (ex. Zoner transports over 3600) and italic + bold systems are considered house space for quasi-lawful piracy ID rules (ex. Junker piracy outside Rheinland/Liberty/Bretonian space).

So Zoner Whales can dock in the italicized systems?
Make Gallia smaller, way smaller. Remove Valor. Remove GRN. Make BAF invade Gallia, capture it. Let's go Bretonia! Take over the whole Sirius Sector, Dead.End is fighting for you!
Please add this into 4.89, thanks in advance (Pure Irony).

Additionally, how is Lorraine a core system, if its only jumpgate connection is Champagne, a borderworld?
It's not fully House Space, for one. Lorraine makes sense as a non-quasilawful piracy system because of the strong GRN presence there. Neither the GJ nor UC could get away with pirating a random Kusarian transport there, for example.
If you think about systems in terms of infrastructure and connection, Lorraine is both well built up and is connected to Champagne (which at one point was still a part of Gallia). With upcoming system changes, that may soon be different.
And yes, Gallia will shrink by a lot. Patience, people
"You see what your knowledge tells you you're seeing. ... how, what you think the universe is, and how you react to that in everything you do, depends on what you know. And when that knowledge changes, for you, the universe changes. And that is as true for the whole of society as that is for the individual. We all are what we know, today. What we knew yesterday, was different; and so were we."
- James Burke, The Day the Universe Changed (1985)

I like Gallia pretty much the way it is now.
Just a civ. gallic gunboat would be nice and some workover of the rep-system, eg. Gallic Junkers, Union Corse, and a few (1-3 more GJ bases maybe. OH, and a (Little) buff to most gallic mining zones as they're not by far comparable with the ones that other factions are "spoiled" with.
