Skarsi Wyrdmake here. How are our Fraternal Coalition Allies doing in Omega-52. Thank Eris that the Order has been quiet since their heinous transgression in Baffin those many months ago.
I'd like to Discuss technology. Your small craft technology to be precise. The Storm that you granted myself has proven quite an interesting vessel. We are still having problems with the powercore, but it is to be expected. It has made several journeys through all of the houses and has not been questioned at all. Perhaps a sign that the House Authorities know what is important to bother and what isnt.
What was not expected from my use of the craft was the overwhelming interest from several fellow popes who are also interested in the possession and operation of Coalition technology. Even Gypsie Skripto, a fellow friend of the Coalition has expressed interest. We were actually discussing the issue recently during a popely conclave.
We came to the decision to inquire about a proper agreement between the TAZ and the great peoples of the Coalition for more wide spread use of your technology. Nothing big, as i have already stated, but your small ships up to the Storm craft. We would wish to include your fine weaponry and technical assistance to try and rectify the powercore problem that is evident.

It is a relief to our people that the Order has not made any further aggressive moves towards the people of the Baffin system, such actions went beyond the pale and confirmed our fears of the Order. The Order is likely merely licking it's wounds however until a better opportunity arises for them to further their agenda so be vigilant my friend.
We are also pleased that the use of our Storm Gunboat has not caused your people any undue troubles with members of the Houses, such an event would be worrisome to both our peoples. Power-Core issues have always been a problem for the older refits of our vessels, most of our vessels in our possession have already been cleaned of these small flaws that make it difficult to use in a stand-up fight in terms of power-systems.
As for the further wide-spread use of our equipment amongst your fellow brethren, while in the past the Coalition has been leery of allowing 'outsiders' the use of our equipment and technologies this has been slowly fading in the face of great threats such as the so-called 'Kingdom of Gallia' or the 'Corsair Empire'. To combat these threats it has been a topic of hot discussion within the State Duma to allow allied forces further use of these vital pieces of equipment to stem the tide against these hostile forces that see either our extinction or subjugation. The majority voted in the state Duma for the motion with only a traditionalist minority against, I see absolutely no reason why our allies in the TAZ cannot reap the benefits of our technology and expertise.
Thus by the power invested in me by the People's Republic of the Sirius Coalition and the State Duma voted by the peoples of the state I am authorized to permit our allied forces access to armaments and equipment up to the 'Storm Gunboat' Classification. Our Destroyer however remains off-limits due to the expense of their construction in terms of resources and that the few we have at present are required to halt the Corsair march in Omega-49 and Omega-5. Should you require Engineering expertise to modify the ships without setting off any of the fail-safes bring them to Mykolaiv Research Station, the Engineers have been informed to do what they can to bring the vessels back into full fighting condition.
On another note, I would wish to come to Baffin for a 'social' visit, perhaps by the grace of the Popes visit the caverns of the Goddess Geode and experience their wonders. We will also have an opportunity to speak of this further in person and establish the finer details for your people.

I have heard many wondrous things of the home of our friends in the north, to see it with my own eyes and not constricted by the cockpit of a snub-fighter would be a rare honour.
