I'm rather disappointed in today's raid tactics. Despite having superior numbers on his side, Vreni.Volante[TBH] ran all the way to Crete under fire, and instead of docking because he was nearly dead, let the docking ring and its missile system do the work for him. Is this how you intend to handle things in the future when Gamma is raided?
Your faction is - to be rather blunt - sad beyond belief. Hugging Crete with a numbers advantage when OCs come to raid? I wish I could say I were surprised, but it is only the latest in a long line of 'interesting' encounters.
On top of all the other 'interactions' I've had - and the feedback that more people than just myself have already left in here - I am, frankly, appalled that you value yourselves as anything more than a glorified group of CNS indies back in the bad old days.
Your roleplay is solid, but the way in which you conduct yourselves in game - especially with regards those oh-so-unimportant aspects called 'fair play' and 'keeping it fun for both sides' - is on par with your average LNS group. Honestly, you make me sad to own a set of Corsair snubs.
My advice for your faction would be to never log in-game again, and instead focus on the forum work that is, at the very least, mildly entertaining. Since that clearly won't happen, all I can hope for is that every faction you ever fight wakes up to the fact that you're not interested in anything other than winning at all costs and just drops a massive gank on you the second you set foot outside Crete orbit.
As it stands now, the current incarnation of [TBH] is pretty much the model of what I would want GRN| to never become - a bunch of mostly decent (if not above-average) PvPers with solid roleplay, but who both make no attempt to balance anything and have no interest in providing any sort of enjoyment to anyone other than themselves in-game. You can consider yourself a shining beacon in that regard, at least: every day I wake up and thank my lucky stars that your attitude hasn't spread to other factions yet.
Given the responses people have received so far when posting things of this nature, I doubt anyone in the faction who reads this will actually care enough to give me a reply that isn't total BS, but I feel like it should be here anyway. Maybe some people will read it and reconsider giving you anything more than the time of day.
Omi pretty much summed it up for me as well.
Especially this thing.

Believe it or not, ever since 2012 when I came here, I went for the Corsairs almost instantly, because they were my favorite faction from Vanilla, and were my favorite faction until I saw you people and your endless Solaris Claymores and incoming-missile things log.
It's really depressing. All I can say is: read above. Since that's exactly what I think. Except the Gamma-hug-Crete-part, since I haven't set foot in that place for a long time, sadly.
Oh, and this includes the indies as well. The Corsairs have been completely poisoned by the LNS playerbase, and by you guys.
And for the love of everything holy, I hope you'll at least try to fix this. I don't want to delete my other Corsair ships, too, in the end. I still like flying them.

Thanks for sharing your deep thoughts with us.
Without your post I wouldn't notice another hugging, so I'm grateful no matter of your tone. Hugging was personal matter and have nothing to do with TBH as whole faction. Our pilot will explain it personally.
There was another planet hugging. I did it. I was searching for cover from our only battleship (that was ordered to cover bombers, but late undocked) and I entered planet fire radius by accident. I apologize to all ships from my six, all of them. I returned back immediately. I hope no one got shot by planet missile. I hate that missiles, I really do.
I failed to see if you have something against CNS, or not. Many of them are very nice and friendly. We provided one TBH officer to them, to help them set up, train, coordinate and finally teach them RP basics and laws. It's all on free-to-take bases. This move generated some bad feedback. Idk why would anyone be scared of better CNS-TBH cooperation. We are just looking forward to see BS captains behaving as ones. There are many good examples of that in MNS, or other "secondary" fleets.
I must admit I'm not happy with Corsair snubs too. They got kinda fat in last updates. Idk... maybe we all just can't use them well. I'm only happy they are not attracting PvP whores any more. Our best asset is to just behave like Corsairs, use what we have, do our Yalalala thing here and there and hope to meet other nice players in process. But, you wouldn't know that if always flying on other side. Damn agile ships with good guns...
"My advice for your faction would be to never log in-game again." I guess that would make you entertained indeed. You can have it when last nice player leaves Disco. Feel free to keep ganking us until than, whenever we leave Crete orbit. It just brings us new members of fun-oriented kind we do need.
I'm sorry to see how sad you are about all this. But, please do not stop sharing your feedback only because you can't agree about things I just said. I had no intentions to BS you back. We just can't share point of view, that's all.
To be honest: While it was not a good fight, and Outcast players likely regret they took the time to fly over, it also was not sooooo different from what home system raids normally look.
And, to defend Pepe/TBH leadership a little: He tried in group, even yelled on systems in capital letters to somehow keep it from becoming totally bad. I even congratulated him in group channel for trying so hard to somehow keep control (which however was just impossible).
And another thing: It was not such uneven numbers, especially in the beginning stages. But no attacking force can survive losing 2 snubs to GB razors in like 1 minute. Even then, you still had 1 GB and 1 Cruiser more than the Sairs for quite some time before overwhelming numbers arrived. So... it was not a huge gank in the beginning.
Ofc, the defenders in a home system have the logging-reinforcement advantage and the raid ended as every home system raid ends (at least when I am in): a rather large gank, which the defending side justifies as "cleaning up" and "it's a home system" normally. Feels crappy every time on the receiving end, though - been there often enough in Alpha.
Hugging bases and planets... ye. Not cool. Has been addressed, and will never fully work (as you know yourself).
After you yelled how crappy TBH is, and assuming all of that "worst faction!" is right, at least TBH has one virtue: we did not go to Outcast feedback threads for what they did during the last Sair Alpha raids. There would have been more stuff, worse stuff, and a lot more reason to complain than in this one.
It seems that Pepe and Jack summed it up pretty well. All I can say is that I didn't know that Elders forbid "planet huging" and I am sorry for doing that, never usually do it.
I thought that "hugging" a planet is okay, since I saw it a few times on Malta, so I thought that that is alright , ofcourse never from an official faction, but still, it made me confused . So again, I am sorry and it won't happen again
These are my last 3 interactions with the [TBH]. I remember that the faction used to be all about fairplay. So, we might have to make a new deal. Either we both fight fairly, or we both gank the the remains of the last meal we've eaten out of each other. I like the first option better, though.
Gank accusation: Valid
Comments: Wow, good catch. Hmm...

TBH Gank accusation: Invalid
Comments: A terrible decision to take a well-crewed capital ship into the jaws of the enemy; you went beyond pushing your luck and deep into strategic decision-making incompetence. OMEGA-5 too, an asteroid field. The reinforcing warship that arrived was there to tip the odds; you are a decent capital ship commander and that is as fair a statement as my former one about your decision to enter the system altogether.
P.S.: That Admiral character of yours has an infamous modus operandi; was that part of the reason you jumped there? It seems odd for someone with unscrupulous self-preservation measures to do such a thing.

Comments: Okay, clearly, you put that in here as a rather terrible filler to try and strengthen your case. This is silly in every possible sense in my humble opinion; there's only one TBH, fine. There's one independent Corsair which backs up that TBH pilot, OK. Is that VP guy just an opportunistic independent pirate? Okay. Also, you're in a snub with 99% regens left. Wow.

Comments: I feel sorry to hear that you want it to be the last interaction. Honor is one of the core values of The Brotherhood, and it is supposed to apply for both iRP and OOC, which means that, sadly, not everyone will enjoy being in The Brotherhood. We take the questioning of our honor seriously. We take dishonorable behavior in our members seriously, too. We also welcome constructive criticism.
P.S.: What measures will you take to ensure that? Is it at all possible to completely prevent interactions? If possible, will it enter in conflict with the spirit of the server rules? These are reflective questions; I would not ask you to answer them.

Right.
YOUR FINAL SCORE FOR THESE ACCUSATIONS: 33%.
YOUR FINAL GRADE FOR THESE ACCUSATIONS: F NOTES: We thank you for having presented Scenario 1.
Protip for everyone reading this: If you want perfect 50% - 50% odds to win ANYTHING in life, perhaps you should flip a coin more often. It is a legit "game". There are individuals who try admirably hard to even the odds; The Brotherhood has a long-standing reputation for doing that, but you can't control everything.
P.S.: The Brotherhood will more certainly avoid the scenario you showed with your first screenshot. We will also take other measures to ensure that honor is ever-more-effectively protected.
Thank you for your time. I am not being sarcastic when I state that I truly wish you the best experience possible if you do interact with The Brotherhood again.

That's just his opinion, and its the same for me. An official statement is yet to come. I am only gonna comment on your second example, because I was there.
First of all, we talked about it on skype and the fact you still bring it up its meh
Second, your pic only shows 5% of what happened there so lets see the context: You (bretonian BS) and a bretonian carrier come to Omega 5 (which is just wrong for a BAF tagged battleship, if you ask me) looking for a fight - you even call it out in the corsair chat on skype. You are met by 3 bombers and one of them dies in the first minute. At that point you had absolutely so problem shooting two bombers with a carrier and a battleship, did you? Then, about half way through the fight, a corsair cruiser joins. So now its 2 bomber + 1 cruiser vs 1 battleship + 1 carrier. Hardly a gank, wouldn't you say? Our battleship de-cloacked and started shooting you in the last minute or so of the fight, when your carrier has been dead for a while and your battleship was doomed anyway.
PS: As for the third encounter, from what I understand from Rico's logs it seems you attacked him in front of Freeport 1. He even strafed for a while to avoid shooting on you. Then you died and came to the forums to Q_Q about it. Cool stuff. Those logs will be presented in the "official statement" that will come soon
Edit: I have the Freeport 1 logs, it seems you attacked first inside the Freeport's NFZ so coming here to Q_Q after you were killed by a TBH member is just poor sportsmanship.
Further more, the TBH guy told A.D.Walker not to interfere but that was pretty much all he could have done.
[04.02.2016 20:16:38] A.D.Walker: Dont mind if I cut in? grins
[04.02.2016 20:16:49] A.D.Walker: charges weapons lets have fun!

[04.02.2016 20:16:51] Rico:Casillas[TBH]: do not
So, once more, you come looking for trouble and then Q_Q on the forums when you get destroyed. Lame, really lame. And I won't even say anything about changing ships (you show up, see whats there, change ship and come back) or about not respecting the Freeport 1's NFZ. I could expect that from a corsair, not a high ranking officer of the Bretonian Navy.
