Yes, this is right in general Thyrzul, but in this zoner case, the FR5 was not coherent with the fact that zoners are not united (we have multiple examples in the past). The FR5 should have been toward TAZ only. Especially considering that at this time FP11 was under Phoenix control which was pro Order faction (like ZTC and Omicroners before them). FP11 should have never been turned hostile to the Order. Now that Cof have claimed FP11 again, it makes some sense that FP11 is hostile to Order.

Well, I don't mind about that because of two reasons:
1. Core has bases that are either in or close to delta. Our activity won't suffer as we can quickly get to the pews, unlike The Order. 2. This will allow me to start taking over Zoner bases and give them Freelancer IFFs
Also (and please try not to take this as whining of any sort) how does it make any sense that Zoners would be so willing to FR5 not just one, but two factions that are considerably more powerful than them? InRPly, both The Core and The Order could systematically raze Zoners into the ground. It would be mad for them to be so easily inclined to kick those two factions off their bases.
It's clear that zoner bases in the omicrons would have strong difficulty to survive without The Order to bring them military support. It's even more true now that there is no official zoner faction in the omicrons. However, it's also true that it's a non-sense that a faction becomes hostile to zoners. It's just useless, a faction has nothing to win by being truly hostile to zoners. Of course there might be some tensions from time to time between faction A and zoners due to unwanted people of faction B using freeports, but that's another story.

People were whining about having no effect on the development of their own lores. Admins gave us just that. Now people whine about having too much effect.

One single ID (multiple but only for officials and not since the beginning), one single IFF (even until today), one single shipline (with caps), one single lore, and getting treated as a non-generic faction in general. For years. Several attempts at unifying Zoners, including the currently existing CoF. Let me remind you that this single FR5 is only one of the many many things which are not coherent with the fact that Zoners are not united.

Honestly though, Junker FR5s are less detrimental as the factions they can affect have a plethora of other, most of the time better, bases to dock on in the same system or very nearby in other systems. If I FR5 a Rogue he can go dock on Rogue bases and LH bases still for example.
