I was under the impression that the law was only in place to stop a company from selling private information. At any rate he would need to submit his request in writing, after all he is requesting his information to be deleted of which the post counts as one, so start by deleting that one then say that his request was lost
I always found people like that funny.
Personally, and take this as you may.
But what is the point in prosecuting a Mod for a Game that is over, what, 10 years old now or more? To be honest, its easy to transfer things to another person. More over he can do stuff in his country yes but this mod is fully international already, I'm rather sure the Supreme Court of the United States won't charge legal actions for stuff like this, people have tried and were mostly ignored, so what is the point honestly? To feel like a big man, that person who daunted the server owner into submission because his panties were to tight? Sounds like a normal day on Call of Duty.
If this was Latvia, the guy would have been laughed at and then shot.
