It seems we had a bit of a paperwork issue. That aside, you base construction was and is approved. Naval and Police officers will periodically dock for inspection or other needs. You are required to obey these officers in the case of an issue arriving. Other than that, the seal is set and you can begin construction.
Access has been granted to our glorious Navy. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find any document mentioning the access code for the police. I assume it is "GRP|" but I would like to have a conformation, s'il vous plait.
The IMG has been going through our diplomatic documentation and it has come up that the licenses that the IMG has with the Kingdom of Gallia should be updated. The situation back then - shortly after the successful conquest of the Taus - has changed significantly, as have the names of the Permits and its contents.
What the Guild requests is the old paperwork to be changed into the "Gallic Restricted Exports Permit", which covers all aspects that the Guild operated under in these years.
We would ask the King's Permit Office respectfully whether it is possible to make these changes.
It seems that there was a complication involving permits and legal rights. We have the reports of the incident in Gironde and are pleased in how you handled the situation. As such, we will allow IMG to export ore towards the direction of Kusari and Rheinland. We do require at least half of your product to go directly to Gallia.
Your request for an update to the Guild's permissions is approved. Due to the reworked system, we will not require a payment. You are to still follow the Royal Charter while in the Roi's space, and abide by Officer's direction when present.

Let me introduce myself and my organisation. Mon nom est Jean-Louis Michelle et je suis la répresentative des Peacekeepers Galloise. Those Peacekeepers will try to increase peace within and between houses. By elimination of piracy, terrorism and smuggling. As second pilar the council tries to support local economies.
Now we'd like to recive permission to freely trade within the Kingdom of Gallia. We hereby already promise not to violate the Gallic Royal Charter. With this permission given we would be able to support the mighty kindom with supplies.
As well when permission would be given to our organisation we'd be able to sign up to the lawful bountyboards of Gallia, to hunt down the unlawfuls.

I don't believe I've ever heard of this organization being formed by the crown, nor it being sanctioned to do "peacekeeping" for us. You promote peace and agree to follow our charter, but you seem to lack understanding of it's meaning. We uplift Gallia and promote our Kingdom under the Roi. We have no desire to promote other's meaning of peace. Now, explain to me what the purpose of the "Peacekeepers Galloise".
Also, if you're already a citizen of Gallia, why would you need a permit in the first place? Your origins don't add up. Until you answer my questions, you're not permitted anything.

Our goals within Gallia would be elimination of the unlawful forces within Gallia. As well as trading within and with the Kingdom of Gallia. As our organisation is not limited to civilians of Gallia (e.g. Kusari, Rheinland,...) I'd like to request acces for these people to acces Gallia to rise the economic trade.

You have given hardly any information about the base, and what you have given is misleading or incorrect. The Marine Royale Gauloise will not be supervising this space construct. You also have to give a specific location as well as detailed plan for "future" modules. Your wording is vague and that causes us to take precaution. We do not like the idea of a miners storage platform close to the Guillestre battlefleet nor close to the gate to Gallia. Also, it seems a little odd to name a station after yourself, non? Please give a bit more detail in your planning.
