Why you would even try to interract with Das Wilde in Drake system? You should've get shot on sight. Same goes for Omicron Iota/99/90 and any other similar examples.
Delete all base defences too, so we could bring our Marduks in front of Manhattan, to AR PEE!
I don't raid drake lol.
The reason there aren't fights in neutral systems is because some people don't have the balls to go take a fight somewhere were they can't basehug.

Sorry, Wesker, but a lot of players have negative impact on player interactions as well. So let's remove them too?
A lot of players is a good thing. What are you saying. When we had over 100 players on the server, raiding and npcs were never an issue.

Well, we even had 200 players, non stop. Until such demands, like yours, came out. xd

But, because people were greedy even with 5k of ore, they could use jumphole, which was guarded by Wild Wraith NPCs.
You wouldn't get pirated there, and you had to use cruise engines, to reach Planet New Berlin but, you were risking to get blasted by Wild. Perfect, logic RP. Wild were supposed to kill anyone who would help out further rise of Rheinland economy since, they were Nomads and it was their interest to bring Colonies to their knees.
edit: Even, funnier thing.

So, Nomads, K'Hara would then be erased by Zoners from Sirius. I mean, if you can go there, you know, with any risks, you are stronger than Nomads and they aren't threat to humanity.
Everytime I see farmers in 99 they get roflstomped by khara and noms. Why is it logical that Wilde would sit around in an area were they have no bases. Legit I don't know of any signs systems with nom patrols or Wilde bases. Lol
You see, they have. There's Altair Research Complex in Iota. Why it is there? So those Wilde could actualy land, develop technology for human made vessels and defend the space, if it is endangered. Wild is important aspect of Nomads, and Discovery.
The system located 4 systems away lol. I asked if they hs a base in the sigmas.

Specifiy what demands your talking about since all I can draw from your comments is "lol your a ****er ppl like u destroy the server"

Did you even read what I say? Or do you enjoy being ganked?
Also, NPC removal offers are no new thing. Even when we had 200 players they always were not happy that NPC could show up and screw their peaceful RP in the middle of a very hostile area.
Btw, remember Newark issue? When LN indies started shooting at LN officials for not letting OC indies to sit beside Newark and RP with them? We had 100 players then. And they were qqing about NPC patrols around the planet.
I'm for removing NPCs ONLY if we have 10-20 players per every system - and it will not happen. Otherwise it would kill the small amount of entertainment which this game still provides. NPCs are annoying, yes, but thanks to being weak, not opposite.
Good, then we can also delete all stations, planets and other stuff that shoots at you - turning entire systems into copies of Conn. Not to be rude, but NPCs are there for a reason. Want to roleplay as a unlawful? Stick to the wild borderworlds, because nobody welcomes the bad guys in a lawful space with milk and cookies.
I'm quite surprised how people are annoyed by current NPCs, because, if you remember right, they are nowhere close to vanillia ones (in overall comparison, when you had the very same ship as NPCs) in terms of annoyance and difficulty. Except for those NPCs during missions, but that's another story.
Removing NPCs would work only, if game had like 10 systems. Also, they aren't annoying, since it's already hard to meet any NPC while server population hits 50 people.
Also +1 to this
Your problem seems to be more like: "Damn those NPCs, I would have killed this guy if they don't show up" and it also leeds to conclusion that "Killing someone is the most important piece of this game" while it is not. Or at least it is not for me. People won't make that much drama if they can reengage after death, but that's another story that won't come true. And it is not the place to speak about it

Remind me, since when NPCs are not a crucial element for every roleplay system and setting?
If you are a hostile, why the hell would you expect lawfuls not to react if they see a red blip outside the base (maybe except for Bretonia around 5 o'clock)? The NPC patrols, hostile to you, are mirroring such a situation, in which every stable on mind base commander would increase patrols around the place where unlawful supposedly is. Period.
Just think about what Timmy pointed out:

The hell are you expect while trespassing enemy space, Wesker? Hostiles welcoming you with tea and cookies?

Why do you want this? So you could cyper in peace? I won't even speak about the rate of OORP that I see on regular basis that cyper causes.
Do it like people did it back in the day, go to base and write all day- problem solved, there won't be more killing of this server.
I see people complaining about capital fleet NPC patrols in core systems. Tell me, how are you supposed (in RP) to even come in front of Manhattan or planet New Berlin for example and act like pure lolwut, and your reputation obviously says that you're not supposed to be there. How? - This was supposed to be RP server, not OORP server where you come Manhattan with intention to pew every single LN that you see.
Or let's go to the case of Omicron Iota/99/90. The lair of something that whole man kind is fearing. The lair of something that destroyed the Earth. - No problem, I'll log my ZONERZONERZONER and will go to harvest Nomad remains for my CLOAKZORS.
Even whole fleet of Core standing in front of Malta is non logical. How do they do that? Wouldn't Outcasts then be defeated and erased from the mod? I mean, if you breach whole kinds of security to reach home planet of Sirius' biggest unlawful organisation, you'll be able to conquer whole Sirius like that.
So to keep logic in this game, NPCs should exist, especialy in home system, to defend it, as they should. They should get buffed back to their original state, with guns and stats same as players use.
If you will make such demands in future, demand the admins to give out Special Operative IDs to anyone who demands them. Without properly written RP stuff on forums, because who needs it? I got my Nom guns ingame from storage depots in Iota (lol) and I should have them, with no nerfs. (why do even we need tech chart compatibilities?)
Stop trying to ruin this server even more. It's already dead corpse. It did came to this state because of people like you, with such demands. You've joined disco in 2014 and you think you know everything.
I agree with your statement, however NPCs should be an aesthetic. When you go to Rho/Alpha you should instantly get the impression almost as soon as you jump in that the system is heavily under the control of the faction that owns it via NPCs of that faction being present almost everywhere in all shapes and sizes. However they shouldn't be potent enough to hurt players. It's the job of the defenders to defend their system from raiders.
It's completly possible to give NPCs duff loadouts that don't do damage.
