:) seen it before... Lol it was funny... I was killing NPC BSs and stuff there. I got full so i decided to get to the junker base in New York to sell... when i got back there was a pack of rogues attacking Manhatten. :lol: They died so damn quickly. Mabye they should have heugonot strikes there every now and then? :rolleyes:

The only way to do that is have players be the huegenots... Patrols and zone population are determined in possibility and odds. Not in time. Example is there is a 40% or so probability for a BS patrol above Manhatten, not a BS patrol every 10 minutes. So there would be no way for it other than player Huegenots.
