The players above have been warned for:

Faction Right 2. Official player factions have authority over players of the same NPC affiliation, as long as RP justification is provided. This authority applies in forums and in-game, and applies to player faction diplomacy, and strategic and tactical direction, however, exercise of that authority, on the forums and in game, is restricted to official faction members with the rank of the official faction leader and second in command(s) of the faction. The authority may be exercised through the use of in-game in-RP orders, which, if not obeyed, can result in in-game in-RP consequences (arrest, court martial, and even "lethal" force in extreme circumstances). Official player factions cannot, under any circumstances, require another player to follow non-canon RP if that player doesn't want to. In case of IDs with multiple official factions, this right is nullified and cannot be used by any of the factions.

This encountered happened with the LN-88th.
You share your NPC faction - you do not gain benefits from FR2.

As the faction leader of the [LN] I understand and accept your sanction. I suppose the way we handle indies who have little regard of the guidelines set to mirror the storyline set by developers or to avoid silly situations that would come as a result of stupidity, should change.

Actually, I don't have to accept this warning, nor does the 5th|. I was told by the Previous leader @"John Wildkins" about the fact that the [LN] and 5th are an exception to that rule. However that got caught up in the Rollback last year. Now we reached a good bunch of you a couple of times thinking someone of you might've been aware but we still haven't heard anything.

Please note that many things were lost in the rollback. A rollback which happened a year ago.

Some of these things were brought back, some weren't. Your exception was one of them. A reminder, you do not get to pick which reiteration of the server rules you follow. You must abide the active ruleset.
