Today was relatively short-lived. Apart from hearing some interesting stories from the veterans of Ronneburg, there was only one spark of action. I left for Freital, with a supply of Pharmacuticals for the stricken base. I know how bad the radiation of Omega-11 can get...
While approaching Freital, my scanners showed a new blip: "Tiwaz". Initial scan showed a Corsair-made IFF transponder and a modified Titan-class fighter. I moved to engage, considering the threat the Corsair posed to Freital's limited defenses.
The Titan appeared to have "Order" made weapons, whoever those folks are... They obviously had no effect, as the Ansgar easily pulsed his shields with Debilitators and finished him with a nuclear mine. If only the Corsairs in Omega-5 were as clueless as this pilot.
It doesn't show the exact moment of the Titan's destruction... But the explosion was massive, I can tell you. I'll be surprised if the Corsair managed to escape the inferno...

Those Military dogs once again prove that they would rather destroy their own people than one of the most terrible enemies Rheinland has even encountered. Our forces have yesterday been on the move in Stuttgart. On our side there was me, a few Hessian Tears and the cruiser Red-River. We were scattered across the system looking for the Corsair threat that has been reported by Darmstadt, until being ambushed by a force of Military traitors. One of the isolated Hessian Tears was instantly eliminated, being unable to fend for himself against the three Wraths.
That was our cue to get our force together so we wont be eliminated one by one. The moment we got together to face the corrupt near the planet Stuttgart, all of a sudden the Corsair enemy emerged and attacked us!
The Red-River was on it's way to help, being delayed near the Dresden jump hole. I sent a message to the Military telling them that we are willing to work with them to kill all the Corsairs first, then settle our differences later. Those dogs however preferred to engage our Hessian Tear squadron instead! The treachery and corruption of Rheinland is beyond comprehension. Seeing our forces engaged by a superior number of enemies, we decided to pull out of the fight.
Brothers! This is yet another lesson not to ever trust the Rheinland Military! The next time they get ambushed by Corsairs with our force in the vicinity, we pull out and let them fend for themselves! There is no use losing forces where "the Military has it perfectly covered".
That aside, I believe we will have to lend our tactical expertise to the Hessian Tears. The engagement yesterday failed primarily due to lack of serious coordination and a failure in tactics. We have split up too much and the Hessian Tears seemed severely disorganised. Nothing like the show of tactics we presented in Omega-5 against the TBH the other afternoon. Gentlemen, I believe we should organise a Tactics 101 so the HT can see how the RHA works in a team. I will present the rest of the situation to you via secure comms.

Brothers. Two important things happened yesterday. Firstly, we destroyed OPG forces twice. Secondly, we finally conducted recon into the heart of the Wilde systems. The enemy Corsairs attempted to scout the Wilde systems as well, and that is when we cornered them in. Blockading the exit from Omega-58 while they were in it, we disallowed them exit and waited for them to be picked off one by one by the Wild before the only thing that was left was their transporter. It attempted to hide from us in Omega-58 itself, but our recon teams flushed it out straight under the fire of the cruiser Red-River, protecting the exit from the blasted Wilde home system from enemy takeover. The transport ship was easily destroyed and important cargo was recovered from it.
We entered the Omega-5 system afterwards to get away from the inevitable Wilde pursuit. Upon entering we found more OPG forces waiting for us which we promptly overwhelmed. Good job, everyone.
I hereby promote Rekrut Hagen von Seelenburg to Leutnant for his extraordinary dedication to the Red Hessian cause. Stand proud, Leutnant. You earned it.
Regards,
Flottekapitan Meisnerr

Attached below is a report from the Hessian mission into Omega-58.
There are at least two infested bases visible upon entry into Omega-55, with heavy Wilde patrols guarding the area. Fighting the enemy is not advised as numbers quickly overwhelm any force that attempts entry. Due to the nature of the mission our force was unable to capture snapshots or scans of these bases.
Once escaped from the asteroid area Wild patrols are almost inexistant. The jump hole to Omega-58 is discovered in the border between the sectors 6G and 7G.
Initially recon encountered a large planet, possibly habitable. Scans and snapshots were taken, and attached below.
A construction of alien kind was detected after. Recon investigated.
Scans revealed the construction on image A to be highly powered, very possibly being either a weapon of mass destruction or an intergalactic gate. In any case we should be ready to move in and destroy the construction if absolutely necessary. Heavy losses are to be expected.
Due to the nature of the mission we were unable to take more scans. Another entry mission is advisable as soon as possible.
We have managed to successfully recover several pieces of equipment from the destroyed Corsair transport. Our forces salvaged several weapons of some kind, as well as what our technicians initially reported to be an alien power cell. The power cell has been given away to storage and will be examined immediately. Do not however attempt to activate it on Vogtland. A dedicated experiment will be undertaken as soon as possible.

After a few succesful millitary campaigns in Omega 5 against Corsairs I have decided to return to Omega 11 system, as the area had an increase in commercial traffic. Soon after the return two Interspace traders by the name of UnitedTraders were spotted on my sensor range. Interspace Advanced Trains were more than a challenge for my fighter, but they have decided not to get involved in faul matters with Hessians and accepted my request of donation.
I was soon to find out that we share common hatred for the Corsairs, as the Interspace were having troubles with them recently. They have asked me if Red Hessians could provide escorting services for them to fend off the Corsairs, while in the area. I, of course, denied the Interspace proposal. Why would we need their credits, when we can simply take them by force?
On the return to Freital I was contacted by a Mandalorian agent who is currently under a contract against the Corsairs and I have granted him right of passage through our teritory for the time being.
I have landed my Odin on Freital and returned to my ordinary goverment matters then.

This is the Commander of the Varyag, we docked last night back on Vogtland. It is good to be home. We conducted an extensive recon of the Omega systems to the very edge of our territory. My crew is tired, we have been a near constant state of battle since the day we left. Many Corsair heads were taken.
The bad news:
My XO was killed with all of his crew onboard the Krasnaya. Seems the RM found the true identity of his vessel and left no survivors. He fought well and evidently to the last man. By the time we arrived in the Varyag there was nothing but debris and the shattered remains of the hull of the Cruiser. At the end, my XO scuttled her rather than let the RM take her back. A boarding party was there when the charges ruptured the hull.
Good news:
We took a heavy tole in New Berlin tonight. After a short restock. We first attacked a RNC Cruiser near the Sigma 13 jump and destroyed it without taking any damage. Despite my experience, we traded some of her crew for some prisoners from a nearby military fighter. He shall remain anonymous for his own safety. Soon after we attacked a Battle group near New Berlin killing the independent RM Cruiser Mere Mortal. In addition to this we killed several Bounty Hunter and Kruger Vessels.
It is good to be home in the heart of our homeland. I look forward to flying with you all soon.

Greetings, brothers.
Myself and Rekrut Nukey detected some Corsairs in Omega-5 today. We decided to investigate and take some scans of the enemy force and base only to realise that the enemies outnumbered us due to a low-down mercenary hired by them! During the fight in the Hammen Hole Rekrut Nukey suffered a critical malfunction of his ship and was forced to eject. With the scans complete, I took his escape pod and attempted to make an escape to Stralsund in Omega-54. I was successful, albeit being chased by the blasted Corsairs all the way there. I attempted to dodge their fire while our defense forces dealt with them, with the pilot Streithorst arriving soon after. For a short while it looked like we were going to defeat that incursion, however a stray mine hit my ship and I hadto get away from the battle. I loaded the scans on a spare disk, set the ships course to Stralsund and engaged my escape capsule.
I was safely picked up by our base. The Corsairs won't be getting me yet.
We need to increase Omega-5 patrols. The blasted enemy is constantly polluting that system with it's presence, and we need to correct that. I want all available pilots to launch patrols in Omega-5 as frequently as possible.
Also I wish to welcome the Varyag and it's crew back. We could definitely use your support in the coming battles, friends.

Guten Tag, Kameraden.
As ordered, I am hereby reporting the events of yesterday evening to Hessian High Command.
We received a message from Ronneburg/Omega-5 of more intensive corsair activities than usual. As I was ordered to lead a reinforcing squadron to Ronneburg, me and Lt. Reinhold Krupp as well as Lt. Marisa Leyden were preparing for battle as fast as we could. As we launched from Vogtland, we surprisingly met Flottenkapitaen Kaspar Meisnerr. After telling us that the Corsair squads retreated to Cardiz for unknown reason, he gave us new instructions.
Meisnerr took command of the squad, ordering us to head for Neu Berlin to support a pilot of the "Hessian Tears".
Arriving at Neu Berlin, we formed up at the rendezvous point (Dresden SL), noticing a heated conversation between the Hessian Tear and the armed forces of Rheinland. Cought in emotions, the Flottenkapitaen instantly joined the conversation without leaving a hint to the manners, he is known for.
The Flottenkapitaen ordered us to fallow him (formed up) to the sigma 13 Jumphole. It took the Rheinwehr only two minutes to locate us at this common place and exit the Trade Lane half the way between Neu Berlin and Brandenburg Station. Bravely but stupid, only two Rheinland Militaries started the fight against five Hessian vessels who boiled in hate for those oppressing fascists.
I didn't wait for the order. No one did. We all pushed the triggers hard, as soon as we thrusted in range. As the coms cooled down, the heat of the conversation was carried on by our weapons, to decide the battle for justice.
We didn't fight for a minute as the first fascist died: Hans Krieger. The freshly promoted officer of the Rheinwehr lost his shields and his vessel was ripped apart by a Hessian Minirazor. One could almost feel the confidence rising in our squad, smiles rushing throught the faces .... but not mine. Hastily I was hammering on the sensors' console in order to find the escape pod of Krieger. I was successful, targeted it and fired! Just to see it being tractored in one second before the shots of my Natterturns heated up the particles in space, where the pod of Krieger had been.
Shortly after this event, the Hessian Tear left the battle, telling us that he would have to go without specifying any reason. My last scan showed, that he was fully equipped as he broke off and suddenly disappeared from short-range scanners.
To make things worse, Walter Krupinski entered the fight to aid his fellow fascists along side another Soldier of the RM. Struggling for not even three minutes with both sides not being able to gain the upper hand, we noticed that Krupinski, on whom we concentrated our fire, constantly received Nanobots from his subordinates. The numbers of both factions were evened, as a Bounty Hunter VHF entered the fight. Me and Lt. Krupp were concentrating fire on the bounty hunter with great effect. We quickly gained new motivation, as an independent and apparently under-equipped gunboat pilot named "Eisenwolf" joined our force. But to no ones surprise, he was destroyed quite fast, as the concentrated fire of the RMs' Codenames and Minirazors redefined the molecular structure of the gunboats' hull. During this process, I managed to disabled the Bounty Hunters vessel after a long chase, by ripping down half of his hull and nonchalantly watching him to be vaporized by a random nuke-mine or even a shot of a Minirazor, after he tried evasive maneuvers to escape the undeniable arguments of my Natterturns.
Meanwhile Lt. Leyden took constant gunfire during the battle and as my attempt to transfere some nanobots failed, she lost here vessel but was instantly tractored into my cargo hold. Another Solider of the Kanzler must have entered the fight before, as I noticed us being outnumbered by the oppressors.
But me and Leutnant Krupp managed to destroy the vessel of Wolfgang Hansworth (again, Krupp managed to nick him off my crosshair with his minirazor). As the fight lasted longer than half an hour, we had to face exhaustion of our hardware, as another Bounty Hunter Gunboat was called in by the coward "forces" of the Rheinwehr. Out gunned, the Flottenkapitaen ordered us to retreat as a result, with our Hessian Kameraden in our cargo holds, to minimize the losses of the RHA ranks and screamed at us to obey the order as we attempted to protest. Me and Flottenkapitaen Meisnerr managed it to start cruise drives successfully. But Leutnant Krupp, on whom the fire of the Gunboat and the three other Rheinland Military Vessels was concentrated had to thrust into the direction of the Dresden Jumphole. He was chased until Brandenburg station, where one of the Soldiers managed it to hit him with a Minirazor. In a daring maneuver, Flottenkapitaen Meisnerr cruised by to successfully tractor in Leutnant Krupps escape pod and meet me at the Dresden Jumphole afterwards. The RM attempted to fallow us, but failed to find the location at our hideout in the acidic nebula.
As a result of this battle, we destroyed two Military vessels and lost two of our own. Also an independent gunboat and a Bounty Hunters VHF were destroyed. We didn't win or loose, and as we found a new, classified funding source, our lost Odins will be restored quite fast.
In this battle we just saw the prove for the true reasons of the Rheinland Government ending the ban on Bounty Hunters and Mercenaries: Weakness. The Regime of the Oppressors seems to get weaker with every day that passes by as they have to rely on hired forces. I can feel it brothers... The event of the revolution comes closer!
End-note: As reporting officer, I strongly suggest the High Command to order further military exercises on squadron scale, to minimalize further losses of Hardware or men-power by working on tactics and individual skills.

Fellows, I have finally recieved word yesterday from an Outcast ally about the weapons we requisitioned some time ago. All he required was a highly prized diamond from our stocks, which we loaded up on our transport and sent towards Omicron Alpha. Our armouries are now bolstered, and we should be able to better equip our ships in the upcoming fights.
The battle against the Rheinland Military yesterday was something we needed. An excellent display of hit and run tactics, we dealt losses to the enemy that day and showed them that the Red Hessians are not to be trifled with. The attack bought our tech teams enough time to get into the mainframe of the Military dogs while they were disoriented. We now have access to detailed information about the commission of a new ship for none other than that blind fool Krieger who apparently managed to reach the rank of captain recently. This is a great opportunity to showcase our cause to the public of Rheinland, so blinded by the propaganda the corrupt Kanzler feeds them. All the eyes of the Republik will be set on that event, we must not fail to give them hope of liberation.
The first stage of the plan is to stall the production of the vessel in order to make the Kriegsmarine look foolish and incompetent. Several transports of much needed hull panels and other commodities needed to complete the ship are being carried all the way from Kusari to Hamburg. Our friends in Kusari have already responded to this positively and will proceed to attack the convoy all the way to Sigma-13, possibly taking out a transport or two. We must be ready to take on the mantle when the convoy reaches Frankfurt.
We should have plenty of support across Rheinland. The LWB will send their prized pilot Richter into the fray. The Hessian Tears squadron will likely join us in the fight. The Bundschuh are the ones I did not yet recieve word from, but I hope to see them on the field of battle.
We will show the dogs they are not invincible as they would like to think! The attack is on Sunday. Prepare yourselves for it.

Today, I launched from Freital to investigate a potential threat in Dresden: XTriton. I moved quickly through Omega 11's radiation zone (I have already requisitioned pharmacuticals from Freeport 5). After arriving in Dresden via the convenient but unstable jump hole, I moved to Vogtland to investigate.
The target XTriton, a large Luxury Liner was encountered at the Battleship Altenburg, undoubtably suppling the Rheinland Military. A quick cargo scan revealed he had Red Hessian pilots in his hold! He was going to transfer them to Vierlande!
Search.."XTriton"..Found..Disp:
I asked the "Freelancer" to hand over the pilots peacefully. After no responsible reply, I engaged. Ansgar would rescue our bretheren!
The Luxury Liner's turrets were quite damaging, however easy to dodge in my nimble Falcata. After many hits from my Supernova Zoner Mortar, the Liner was starting to buckle slightly.
Pict Capture - 1221.5.816 (see ref0543B):
Pict Capture - 1225.5.816 (see ref7721C):
The Luxury Liner's Captain became more desperate and aggressive, the turret fire managed to damage my ship. However, the armour plates of the ship were stripped and a single anti-matter glob landed inside the Liner, causing a catastrophic explosion.
Pict-capture (HUD):
XTriton's Destruction [Brightness=reduced]:
Miraculously, all of the pilots were rescued from the wreckage. They were immediately taken to Vogtland for medical attention.

I've renewed millitary strikes to Omega 5 system against the Corsairs. Due to the casual lack of man power in first skirmishes of many millitaristic campaigns I have acompanied my troops in the onslaught. The young Leutnant Hagen von Seelenburg and Oberleutnant Martin.Nantz were part of my strike force.
The battlegroup entered Omega 5 from Omega 11 and headed straight to Cadiz, where we met Corsair opposition consisting of two Corsairs.
Fight emerged and battle split into two groups. On one there was Leutnant Seelenburg with Oberleutnant Nantz fighting a lone Corsair and on the other side I took my chances against another Corsair scum.
Cadiz launched a wing of reinforcments consisting of another Corsair, however. The Corsair joined my side of fight and I took heavy damage the from two Titans shooting at my ship, until the Corsair moved over to assist his brethen on Oberleutnant Nantz side of battle.
To my dissapointment a new of Leutnant Seelenburg ship's destruction reached my channels. To make things worse, my Odin started to fail as well.
I attempted to retreat. Fortunately Oberleutnant Nantz provided cover as I picked Hagen's rescue pod during my escape.
Oberleutnant Nantz managed to change the battle from almost critical defeat to even match single handenly. He, fighting all three Corsairs, dispatched one of the bandits and hold the rest of them off until ion activity in the system increased and the battle had come to an end. This evened looses to the Corsair side.
