It is truly outrageous taking into account that I was about to looking for job from DSE just hour prior the incident. For my understandment so far, since this disgusting behaviour happened in front of Planet Manhattan - so it means within Liberty Space - your security captain broke at least four paragraphs of Liberty Law, including but not limited to unprovoked assault and violation of direct order from law enforcing officer. Not only that, your captain also insistent on chase across whole New York System, leaving me little choice but flee.
An official IC Arbiter, Mr Marcus Matthias, came all way from Kusari and is now on board of my vessel reading through the logs and visual evidence of the crime your security head have done so far. The case had been tried to be solved by LPI, with little effect as even the officer was not sure how to deal in this matter.
I expect valid explanation, official apology and compensation not only fordirect assault which resulted in my vessel being heavily damaged, but also for defamation and accussations on false premises without ANY evidence.

I can assure you that turrets were confirmed by LPI to be harmless after the insulting intrusion onto my ship done by DSE, as they are of different origin - mistakenly appearing on universal identification device as Bleeders but after careful explanation those are Mashers - the Edge World-origin turrets. I am surprised that verbal allowance made by LPI officer in presence of DSE)M-1A4.Abrams had been overlooked - or were not mentioned by your security to mislead the whole case on purpose. This would be additional violation of Liberty Law, namely Paragraph V: Obstructing the course of justice. Your security captain is lucky that my vessel had not been destroyed, otherwise I would - gladly - add up Paragraph II: Piracy.
I wanted to push forward the professional expertise done by AP Manufacturing once completed and sent to my Neural Net secure package, but now you will have to get it from the Libertonian government itself.

Listening to this nonsense made me laugh. I can't really believe that DSE was unable to control their own security gunboat. However, if that is true, I highly disadvise your corporation to use non-Libertonian stuff, such as Kusari Explorer. Doesn't look like this time the foreign technology adaptation succeded much. Or we can always assume it could also be fault of the gunboat's captain, which would surely explain the previous incident this channel had been opened for.
No matter the reasons - the Liberty Navy was forced to make compensation in the name of DSE. I do not think it influences the PR of your corporation in a positive way...
