Unification between DVL and RM

I have been officially requested by my clan leader to ask the Rheinland Military if they would like to unify with the DVL. We have been in contact with your kusari ambassador and he looks favourably on this offer.

I am second in command of the Rheinland military at the moment.

I am unaware of there being a Rheinland ambassador in Kusari. As a matter of fact, I know of no ambassador currently operating in any house system other than Rheinland. This is a most puzzling development as none of my captains know of any active ambassadors either. I'm sure Krieg will get back to you, though.

this is wierd. for a few days now, we have been in contact with the (RM)Ambassador, for DAYS we have been, and yet you dont know about it, wow, this is odd, i would espect a well know faction as RM to keep track of their members, but anyhow, I would like to pass that aside and get to business, So yes I propose a Alliance between the 2 major faction of DVL and RM, and smaller factions like PK, and UTC may join as well, If each leader would sign on this post, and agree, that would be most liked, and note, we wont drag u into any wars. This new alliance will be called the Rm DVL Unification Act. And yes, I had Hoshi do it, so, i dont have to do everything. So please, may our friendship live oin and our alliance prosper.

Pray-tell, HOW would it be good for both of us? And you just said that this alliance thing was open to some of the smaller factions who wanted to sign on. So, assuming we did this whole thing, who would be in charge? What would be the purpose?

Ok Admiral, How Does: Compleat Control of the North and Southeast part of the map, Kusari and Rheinland, the 2 greatest forces allied,
Open trade between DVL and RM, also escorts for traders, better protecting both of our very needed income,
2 Forces able to destroy almost every other faction, 2 factions united, and become one, for the greater good,
Smaller factions lending support, small is good, fast and agile, take PK for example, ready to fight, willing to fight,
Now DVL may not have a grand fleet, we are still weak at key points, but we are growing and prospering, what we lack in size and ships, we make up for in Honor, Glory, and Bravery, we never give up, we always fight, so it would be very rewarding to have a group of men that stay and fight, no matter what the outcome.
who would be in charge? This is to big for anyone group, anyone person, so DVL and RM leaders will work togeather, agreeing on what it right for us, and the smaller factions, of corse they get their say aswell, for this is no dictatorship, it is a democracy, where we all work togeather to grow, and become better in what we do.
So admiral, I hope you think this over well, make the right choice, this may be very rewarding, if we both work togeather. If you have any farther questions please ask.
