Unification between DVL and RM

I think he meant that the RM are allied to the SF, so allying with you means that they'd have to pick a side.

The TG are willing to ally with the DVL, as long as neither the SF or the DVL trys to force us to pick a side in the brewing conflict...

The RM are extremely honorable, both in battle and with their relations with other factions, so the TG would be happy to ally with the RM.

That is of course if that meets with the Admiral's approval.
