Actually, the rule is flawed because of this. When you die and respawn, you techinally relog into the game as it says ingame thaz you joined. Since they both died and respawned with that in mind, neither of them are pvp dead, unless there were witnesses.
I don't understand. What does the respawn message have to do with the 2 hour timer on PvP deaths and re-engaging?

Making this a PVP death rule will allow to spare lots of confusion.
Only people who treat Discovery Role Play server as their own little paintball court have a problem understanding this rule. If you die to another player, stay off the ship you died in for two hours. Its simple.

Acording to this, i did all by the book. Me killed by solo dread , my killer is killed then by my wingman, killer leave sistem becose of my wingman, i return and engage somone new who just enter sistem, then my killer confuse me that i did wrong! ?
