Ladies and gentlemen,
due to the fact that Ageria, whose Alberta division is working on the prototype jumpgate deep inside the Cold Lake Nebula heavily relies on our hardware shipments, supply runs to Liberty continue. Dr. Rosenberg hopes to aquire - through any discreet means possible - information on the status, progress and prospects of this installation. He believes it could as some stage in the future be reproduced by the APM for the sake of the Core's domination in the Omicrons. Building on that, the Sagittarius once again vacated Leduc station delivering the materials in demand.
Originally I planned to make a stop at Planet Pittsburg to meet our "specials contact" on the way back, as we entered New York however, long range sensors picked up an anomalous energy reading from within Detroit Debris Field along with some disturbing static, whitch basically sounded like a poor Kusarian horror holostory. Naturally we could not pass up the opportunity to examine the phenomenon.
Inside the scrapyard tachyon emissions suddenly went through the roof indicating a propable presence of a gravitational anomaly, possibly even a rift at their core. However, as the Sagittarius approached the cloud
we made contact with, what apparently was an Outcast ship, yet with a crumbling transponder signal - all that we could make out was what seems to be a callsign "Denial". Naturally the Sagittarius is well enough equipped to fend of a threat like that, but as it turned out, it was not alone. Another snubcraft with a similar transponder error, callsigned as "Wache" opened fire on my ship. Curiously enough, it seems to have been a Rheinland craft. Long range sensors indicated more unidentified contancts throughout New York. Hot as it was, we turned around to reach the safety of West Point, where I waited until the agressors got disinterrested, then went stealth.
Naturally, in Liberty one does not have to wait too long for the Navy to respond when there's troubble ahead. Both contacts along with more tangos outside the tachyon cloud were heavily engaged with home forces. From what we were abe to identify, keeping a safe distance in the shadows, the hostile party consisted of two Rogue craft (DogBull, Consequence), two Nomad creatures (Ka'Rena, K'Hara|Kakka, a Rheinland bomber (Stichflamme) with the same transponder issue as the first two contacts and naturally, them both. The only explanation I can think of is, that the above human pilots are in fact infested with alien incubi, yet detailed bioscans and preferably a vivisection would deliver more interresting data.
Although the Sagittarius-3 is a state-of-the-art research vessel, it is not at all built for heavy combat, such as the above - we would have been cracked like a nut by just a few well aimed hits from the enemy bombers, had we dropped the cloaking veil. Instead the opportunity arose to look at the anomaly more closly. As I suspected, it revealed a slightly unstable jumphole connection of unknown alignment. The particle fluctuations indicated a fairly slow decay rate of the anomaly, so I decided to take the risk and we jumped.
What spread before us on the other side was as desolate landscape of dense asteroid clusters. Usually such formations envelop rich ore deposits of various minerals - a survey of those would be of utost interrest to our mining section. Yet we were unable to conduct any cunclusive readings due to the fact, that the Sagittarius is simply too large, too bulky to move about the dense field. Progress was slow.
As we ventured deeper into the system, heading for its center, we made an interresting discovery. Apparently these uncharted parts were already being explored by The Forlorn Hope Mercs, since we found their automated mining ship operating in the area. The purpose of the drone quickly became apparent. It was deployed to mine narcrahtite cristals - rare, semiartifical mineral with a fascinating policrystalic structure. Although the aplications of this are yet to be discovered, I obtained 1056 cargo units for study - no doubt the geology labs at Nauru will find there most interresting. Given that the Forlorn toaster billed me only 25.000 SC for the entire order it was almost a steal. Surely it had to be some kind of malfunction, but you don't look a gift hore in the mouth, as they say.
Currently the Sagittarius is moored at Newark Station in Manhattan orbit as preparations for the return to Core space are being conducted. One should note, that the jumphole to the uncharted system has a monopolic alignment, meaing it goes only one way. There is however a reverse connection deep in the asteroid field, in sector C6 leading back to New York.

Ladies and gentlemen,
our ongoing quest to restabilise trade routs to Liberty and beyond continues. Another batch of APM hardware was delivered to the Cold Lake Nebula yesterday with yet another opportunity to sneak a peek at the prototype hypergate installation. Dr. Rosenberg's team managed to take superficial reading of the baxter object, however due to the most limited time we had not to arise suspicio, results are disappointingly inconclusive. In order to gain trust and perhaps widen our field of interrest regarding Ageria services I propose the establishing of an official partnership, grounds to whitch are already laid. Chances are that thus the progress of constructing planetary docking facilities on Nauru will increase rapidly with Ageria support.
The Board will be pleased to learn that the visit to Liberty still did not prove futile in terms of intel. Forlorn pilot Kiara Garlow, who is suspect in Sentinel Sogan's investigation of The Order's henchmen as well as alleged violator of our AP-Line terms and conditions, was tracked down in New York, Liberty, outside of Planet Manhattan. Being out of reach of our jurisdiction and protected by Liberty law, Miss Garlow remains at large, at least for now. Scans of her vessel however seem to disprove the later of accusations since the fighter craft she is currently piloting is of Renzu design, not APM. I therefore propose to discontinue this line of investigation and focus on the more importat one - her connections to The Order terrorists.
I am most pleased to observe how splendidly my first major project as newly appointed CEO of AP Manufacturing is progressing. Phase one of operation "NEWFISH" reached completion a few days ago marking a successful joint initiative of APM logistics division and household Bretonian contractors. Within a couple of weeks a glorious armada of 100 AP-line craft for the Bretonian Royal Navy will leave the dry docks of Alabama Shipyard - a compelling hallmark of ingenious design and technological superiority.
This is but the first of many steps I shall take in the journey to ultimate greatness of Imperium Omicronis, The Core and AP Manufacturing.
a few days back we were contacted by the Rheinland Department of Economy with an urgent request. It appears that in a bold move both the Alster Union and the Volksrevolution had openly demonstrated their hostilities towards each other in Munich and Frankfurt, thus effectively cutting off Planet Nürnberg from vital industrial shipments.
Libra-7, which had just finished a supply run to Alabama, was immediatly dispatched to aid our esteemed neighbour. As requested a full hold of 4220CU of Neon was smuggled beyond the eyes of the local troublemakers and successfully delivered.
The Department had generously rewarded our support with a total of 21.100.000 SC on receipt. Upon return to Core space the aquired funds have been put down in accordance with regular procedures.
As Operation "Porta Nauru" commences, I have taken the liberty of more personal engagement in the progress due to its vital importance. Several events have taken place that are worth remembering and perhaps revisiting at later stages:
1. The flight report from Libra-7 proveded new intel on the current situation in Liberty. While on route to deliver a batch of iridium to Planet Puttsburg and exchange it for boron, the ship was held off in Texas by an operative of a previously unknown seperatist group. At first glance the astrogator in charge took the situation for a routine LN inspection, however as it turned out, there has been a split in the ranks of Libery military, resulting in battleship Harmony seceding from the primary fleet along with her escorts on the account of internal power struggles within the Navy. Most noteworthy is that the seperatist group suspects high ranking military officers to have been subdued by the Nomad or their affiliates. The LSF may be afflicted as well. This matter should be brought to the attention of the Guildmistress.
[23.08.2017 14:04:51] H|-Connor.Baker: Hello.
[23.08.2017 14:05:09] H|-Connor.Baker: What is a APM transport doing here?
[23.08.2017 14:05:19] Core|APM-Libra-7: This is the APM supply ship Libra-7
[23.08.2017 14:05:30] H|-Connor.Baker: Yes, but why is it here?
[23.08.2017 14:05:33] Core|APM-Libra-7: we are on a supply run to Planet Pittsburg
[23.08.2017 14:05:46] Core|APM-Libra-7: Is there a problem offier?
[23.08.2017 14:06:12] H|-Connor.Baker: Officer? No need to call me that.
[23.08.2017 14:06:37] H|-Connor.Baker: Why do people need Iridium in Pittsburg?
[23.08.2017 14:07:22] Core|APM-Libra-7: I can honestly say that I do not have any knowledge of that sir. We're just delivering what was ordered.
[23.08.2017 14:07:52] H|-Connor.Baker: I see.
[23.08.2017 14:08:14] H|-Connor.Baker: Say, do you know what Harmony is?
[23.08.2017 14:08:29] Core|APM-Libra-7: If the Liberty Navy has any inquiry on our cargo, I advise you contact the APM offices in Omicron Rho
[23.08.2017 14:08:41] Core|APM-Libra-7: Harmony?
[23.08.2017 14:08:47] H|-Connor.Baker: I wouldn't know if the Navy has any inquiry.
[23.08.2017 14:08:51] Core|APM-Libra-7: I can't say that I do
[23.08.2017 14:09:04] Core|APM-Libra-7: I figured you are a navy officer...
[23.08.2017 14:09:24] H|-Connor.Baker: You haven't heard of our battlegroup then?
[23.08.2017 14:09:42] H|-Connor.Baker: I guess we aren't spreading our message well enough.
[23.08.2017 14:10:13] H|-Connor.Baker: We've been exiled from the navy.
[23.08.2017 14:10:31] Core|APM-Libra-7: Forgive my ignorance sir, I'm usually assigned to local runs, rearly to Liberty and/or beyond
[23.08.2017 14:10:41] Core|APM-Libra-7: Exiled?
[23.08.2017 14:11:02] H|-Connor.Baker: Yes, it's a complicated situation.
[23.08.2017 14:11:06] Core|APM-Libra-7: I was actually wondering about this blurry transponder signal of yours...
[23.08.2017 14:11:13] Core|APM-Libra-7: That would explain it
[23.08.2017 14:11:39] H|-Connor.Baker: I've been assigned to divulge our situation to any unaware citizen, if you'd be interested in hearing.
[23.08.2017 14:11:48] Core|APM-Libra-7: I figure your... battlegroup opposes the Navy then?
[23.08.2017 14:11:49] H|-Connor.Baker: Otherwise, I also have some data packets that explain the situation.
[23.08.2017 14:11:58] H|-Connor.Baker: I could give you one of those.
[23.08.2017 14:12:09] H|-Connor.Baker: Yes, we are fighting the Navy.
[23.08.2017 14:12:49] Core|APM-Libra-7: I see - I'd be interrested in some information on the group you are representing
[23.08.2017 14:13:05] Core|APM-Libra-7: I suppose my superiors would too
[23.08.2017 14:13:19] H|-Connor.Baker: Well, I'll try to give you the short version.
[23.08.2017 14:13:30] Core|APM-Libra-7: I'm all ears then.
[23.08.2017 14:14:07] H|-Connor.Baker: Admiral Kight, the lady on charge of our Battlegroup, started to suspect the Navy was infected.
[23.08.2017 14:14:30] H|-Connor.Baker: When she started investigating these claims, we found ourselves being ambushed and attacked by the Navy, forcing us to run.
[23.08.2017 14:14:40] Core|APM-Libra-7: Infected? - that's going to interrest the Guildmasters for sure
[23.08.2017 14:14:45] H|-Connor.Baker: Even the LSF was attacked by the Navy.
[23.08.2017 14:15:20] H|-Connor.Baker: A few months ago, we even encountered a nomad in Liberty.
[23.08.2017 14:15:42] H|-Connor.Baker: We believe it was helping the Navy, as it targetted the Harmony and the Navy seemed to ignore it.
[23.08.2017 14:15:55] H|-Connor.Baker: I can send you some files and footage regarding these incidents, if you'd like.
[23.08.2017 14:15:59] Death: ShockerFace was put out of action by a hostile vessel.
[23.08.2017 14:16:13] Core|APM-Libra-7: You mean the Battleship Harmony?
[23.08.2017 14:16:24] H|-Connor.Baker: Yes, the Battleship Harmony.
[23.08.2017 14:16:41] H|-Connor.Baker: It was attacked by this nomad in Pennsylvania.
[23.08.2017 14:17:00] H|-Connor.Baker: However, the first Navy engagement on our battlegroup was in the New York system.
[23.08.2017 14:17:08] Core|APM-Libra-7: Have you any clue on why the Nomadss targetted the Harmony specifically?
[23.08.2017 14:17:37] H|-Connor.Baker: Our suspicions are that the nomad was helping the Navy get rid of the Harmony.
[23.08.2017 14:17:55] H|-Connor.Baker: If they had managed to take it out, we'd be left scattered.
[23.08.2017 14:18:18] Core|APM-Libra-7: I'm but a simple transport captain, but wouldn't the safer choice be to simply decomission it?
[23.08.2017 14:18:49] H|-Connor.Baker: The Harmony?
[23.08.2017 14:19:19] Core|APM-Libra-7: Aye, would the Navy want it out of service, it could simply retire it
[23.08.2017 14:19:43] Core|APM-Libra-7: And either reasign the crews or let them go - that would be my thought
[23.08.2017 14:20:17] H|-Connor.Baker: Well, you should ask them that. Instead they decided to attack us. I guess that way Admiral Knight would no longer be a threat-
[23.08.2017 14:20:18] H|-Connor.Baker: to them.
[23.08.2017 14:20:42] Core|APM-Libra-7: But still, the intel you provide will most definetly be of interrest to my superiors.
[23.08.2017 14:21:10] H|-Connor.Baker: I'll give you one of our data packages. You can access them via the neuralnet.
[23.08.2017 14:21:14] Core|APM-Libra-7: I shall file a report and make the Guildmasters aware of the Harmony story
[23.08.2017 14:21:19] H|-Connor.Baker: Alternatively, you can just give it to your superiors.
[23.08.2017 14:22:36] Core|APM-Libra-7: Let's see... Semms like the security protocols on my neural net access point is blocking the transfer
[23.08.2017 14:23:03] Core|APM-Libra-7: I fear that I won't be able to receive the files...
[23.08.2017 14:23:11] H|-Connor.Baker: That's a shame.
[23.08.2017 14:23:23] H|-Connor.Baker: Well, I guess if you can inform your superiors, that'll be good enough.
[23.08.2017 14:23:29] Core|APM-Libra-7: Still, the audiologs of the Libra-7 should sufice
[23.08.2017 14:23:53] Core|APM-Libra-7: Thank you for sharing this with us.
[23.08.2017 14:24:02] H|-Connor.Baker: That's what I'm here for.
[23.08.2017 14:24:08] H|-Connor.Baker: Safe skies.
[23.08.2017 14:24:18] Core|APM-Libra-7: I shall continue my route. Godspeed Mr Baker
2. It is of high priority, that our partners at Ageira Innovations have the right image of how serious we consider this venture. Therefore I have accompanied the Quirinus as its commanding officer at several occasions on patrol in Sigma-15, Omicron Rho and Omicron Delta to ensure all convoys carrying vital parts for the docking installations reach their destination safely. During one such run Core operative "Spectre One" halted a Junker frigate trying to sneak past Omicron Rho into Delta and propably Kappa, whithout proper authorization. Despite several attempts, no communication could be stablished. The craft emptied its cargo bay without being asked to, releasing a total of 3094 units of Narcrahtite crystals, a substance known to us, yet still not fully examined by our research divisions due to other, higher priority tasks. Naturally, samples of the ejected cargo were secured, the rest destroyed in accordance with standing protocols.
Suddenly the inspected ship opened fire on "Spectre One" and the Quirinus, engaged drives and crushed into the atmosphere of Nauru - initial surveys reveal that most of it burned in the atmosphere right away, the leftover debris hit the desert on a 30 mile spread, posing no danger to the colony. At this point it is only a wild guess whether it was human failure or a computation error of the nav systems. One way or the other, this Junker was trespassing Core space for the last time.
3. The fact that APM has engaged all of the resources at its disposal for the duration of "Porta Nauru" is best displayed in the fact that I dispatched my flagship, the Sagittarius-3, to conduct reconnaissance throughout Core controlled space. The astrogator in charge reports that a Gammu AI tagged heavy lifter was intercepted supplying Freeport 11 with robotic equipment and terminated on the spot. The troubling part is, that this ship class is known to be used for deployment of modular bases, which would indicate that the AI are in fact about to (or did already!) construct a new installation in this region - propable locations are Omicron Delta, Omicron Lost and Omicron Chi. After the repressurisation of the old Crayter depot in Moros orbit, this would be the second structure operated by Gammu within our jurisdiction. This must not become a prominent symbol, as it strikes at the very heart of the Charter of Omicronis!
As of yesterday provisions for the newly commissioned LSF outpost, referred to as "Dagger Complex" in Puerto Rico system on the edge of Libery space, have commenced. We have been contracted with an overall order of 40,000 Optronic Arrays and 40,000 PlasFoam Conduits to be delivered to the station in the shortest possible amount of time. Given the current schedule, completion should be possible within the next two weeks. I entertain the prospect of this being the next step in reviving our cooperation with intelligence agencies per se. Curiously enough, they come to us first, which to me once again proves the vital role of AP Manufacturing in the general Sirius economic stage.
Gross worth of this contract amounts to 199,920,000 S.C.
Gross worth per cargo unit is 2,499 S.C.
The first batch of 4220 c.u. of Optronic Arrays has already been registered with the depot attendant. Since LSF pays an advance of 1,250 S.C. per c.u., the estimated remaining receivable payment shall amount to 99,920,000 S.C., due upon completion.
Core|APM-Sagittarius-3 registered 1 supply run of 2000 PlasFoam Conduits. However, for some reason those were not accepted by the depot attendant. This ought to be resolved soon, since each day of stoppage piles mobilisation costs, which will have to be covered by the client.
The order for PlasFoam Conduits has been reduced by the client to only 20,000 units, however with regard to the full payment as agreed upon, which will more then make up for mobilization costs.
We are continuing deliveries of the Optronic Arrays as planned. Operative Mari registered a batch of 4020 units brought to Dagger Complex yesterday.
Core|APM-Libra-7 registered another 3 supply runs, 4220 Optronic Arrays each.
Phase one of the LSF supply project has been completed - a total of 40,000 Optronic Arrays was just registered with Dagger Complex. At the same shipments of PlasFoam Conduits have resumed, with the first batch already awaiting receipt. Sadly the red tape issue around this part of the order has still not been resolved by the base administration, which puts further progress on hold.
Lieutenant Commander Watson of the LSF has announced a premature termination of the supply order without much of an explanation - the client considers the contract fulfilled, which is good enough for us since AP Manufacturing will be compensated regardless, on a fixed amount basis agreed upon beforehand.
The project will be filed ad acta as soon as Accounts Payable confirms receipt of 149,920,000 S.C. (put down by default to Core|Bank.1).
